I recently Revisited your place, and while the food is well-regarded, my experience with a staff member today was deeply disappointing.

It was my first time seeing him, and his attitude was surprising. Due to a delay in orders, I waited a long time, and when my food finally arrived, it was different from what I had ordered—both the salad and pizza were incorrect. With another appointment to get to, I mentioned that I was in a hurry, and instead of apologizing, he replied, “You see we’re busy, should I just cancel your order?” When I pointed out the mistake, rather than taking responsibility, he responded, “We’re busy.”

No matter how good the food is, this kind of attitude can lower the quality of the dining experience. If managing busy hours is challenging, perhaps hiring additional cashiers and waitstaff could help improve the service flow. Customers come here based on positive reviews, but disregarding mistakes and responding dismissively harms the overall service quality. ————————- I am not the person who always review but had to write because I hope this place continues as it is now ! I always go to refuel my post workout , they’re ingredients are so fresh!

Especially I love that they have gluten free & vegan options, which is a great option for people like me who have gluten intolerance. Prosciutto & arugula GF pizza is my favorite.

And this time unfortunately they didn’t have gf options so I tried different one, which was caprese focaccia sandwich added prosciutto, Mozzarella was really fresh and of course Prosciutto. This is the best option for ppl who expecting not greasy and...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at LTD Pizza and I can't recommend it enough. The experience was nothing short of exceptional. Their offerings exceeded my expectations, and each pizza brought its own unique explosion of flavors.

The Pepperoni pizza was a revelation. Each slice was generously topped with high-quality pepperoni, giving it a rich and robust flavor that balanced perfectly with the cheesy goodness underneath. It's evident that they use only the best ingredients and it truly made a difference.

The Truffle Cacio e Pepe, a wonderful twist on a classic dish, was equally impressive. The combination of truffle and cheese provided a depth of flavor that was both comforting and indulgent. The crust was the perfect blend of crispy and chewy - a testament to their dough, which is clearly made with care and expertise.

What stood out, even more, was the ambiance of the place and the attentive service. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure that I had the best experience possible. It's not often you find a place that excels in both their food and service, but LTD Pizza has it down to a science.

Ive lived in NYC since I was born and ive never had an experience as horrible as this one. me and my friends walked in wondering how much a lemonade costs and we were met with the worst customer service ive ever experienced. as soon as we walked in my friend was asked if he had been here before and he said in a very bubbly tone that he had and he was met with an exaggerated eye roll by our cashier. then when he was ready to order he went to ask for a drink and the same cashier cut him off and asked another person who clearly wasn't ready to order if he wanted anything. the other person said no and left. then we asked how much the drinks ranged from in price once we FINALLY got this rude mans attention and he gave us the biggest attitude with the most obnoxious audacity and said "ugh all drinks are different" at that point we had watched three other people come in and leave because of this mans service so we were fed up and did the same. then he FOLLOWED US out of the store (we are all 15 mind you) and gave us the stank eye as we walked away so naturally I went back once he went inside to takes photo for this review and I told him it was for the review and he followed us back out AGAIN to take our photo. so...
