Today around 4 PM, I went to the deli counter at BJ's to buy some maple turkey, ham, and cheese. When I arrived, someone had taken over 20 number tickets. I tried to explain the situation to an employee, but she just told me to take a number and wait.
I told her I already knew and was just trying to let her know that someone had messed with the number dispenser. The female employee just pouted and gave me a rude attitude. She didn't listen to me even after I tried to explain again. She kept calling out the broken numbers and didn't seem to have any customers to serve. I don't understand why she kept calling out numbers when no one was there. If you don't want to work, then you should stay home; you shouldn't treat customers like that.
I will definitely not renew my BJ's membership. The products are not that great, and the service is completely unprofessional. I was planning to place a deli order for 200 people from my church, but I went somewhere else instead.
This is why the store isn't doing well. Does the owner of BJ's know about this? Their employee training is really needed. I will never go back. They were truly unfriendly...

En lo que a mí respecta, no recomiendo lugares así, me gusta que exista coherencia entre lo que venden por sus canales con lo que recibo al momento del contacto personal.
