I wasted my money on an Xbox, which even though the box it came out out said it Ms supposed to have 500GB of storage, only had 364GB of storage. Literally after waiting WEEKS to hear back from BJs college point, mind you you can’t even reach them on the phone if you called, they finally told me I could stop by and get a replacement. After wasting 3hours out of my day to get to the store and back home, I realized the replacement item they game me also had only 364GB of storage. Mind you again, EVEN THE BOX said it’s supposed to have 500GB. I escalated the matter and after DAYS of waiting, the supervisor called me and stated my options are to either accept it as is or return the item. BJS COLLEGE POINT IS SELLING FAKE OR DEFECTIVE XBOXS. IF YOY HAVE BOUGHT ONE CHECK YOUR SETTINGS TO MAKE SURE YOUR XBOX HAS 500GB of storage otherwise they got you like they got me. DO NOT TRUST THIS CLUB WITH YOUR SYSTEM PURCHASES! Just got to GameStop or other game related stores. On top of that I am still waiting for a membership refund which was supposed to take 2/3 weeks to process. ITS BEEN A MONTH AND ONE WEEK! Bjs college point is a waste of time and money. And their employee could definitely use customer service training. Including that rude superior that called me today.

To BJ’s Corporate and the General Public: Let’s talk about the BJ’s location on 20th Avenue in College Point (Store #097)—because what’s happening there is completely unacceptable. This store consistently has no working scooters for elderly, disabled, or mobility-challenged customers. As you can see from the photos, the few scooters they do have are marked ā€œBROKENā€ and clearly neglected. This isn’t a new problem—it’s been going on far too long. BJ’s is a massive warehouse store. Expecting anyone with mobility issues to walk through that space without support is not just unrealistic—it’s inhumane. This location serves seniors, families, and people with disabilities daily. How is it even remotely okay to offer no reliable accommodations? This is beyond poor service—it’s a failure to provide basic accessibility. And it sends a message: if you can’t walk the store, you don’t matter. BJ’s, it’s time to fix this. Repair or replace the scooters, increase the number available, and take your customers’ needs seriously. Until then, I strongly advise anyone who relies on mobility assistance to avoid this location altogether—for your own safety and dignity.

I always go to this location and the one in Metropolitan. But I'm leaving this review because the man that check merchandise always is Nice, upbeat and welcoming even despite leaving out the store. Lmao He always leaves a happy Sun in the Left corner, so maybe some Customers may know who I'm talking about in this review. I always forget to ask for his name but I always see him in afternoon. Very sweet man . Makes my daughter look forward to giving the receipt how Humble of him ā˜ŗļø . He is Awesome šŸ‘Œ and the others aswell from the deli to the ones that serve the samples also the customer care very nice employees šŸ‘ One bad thing . Bjs clothing is not good material that's for sure I only purchase Food. That's the only complaint I have

First, let me say, this is a "big box store" and if you haven't figured THAT out already.....Overall, this location is convenient. Parking is pretty good too, even on weekends and not too bad during holidays. The store in general is clean. I'm there a lot mostly on the weekends (at peak times) and while very busy, you still have room to browse and shop. Plus, there always seems to be PLENTY of stock. Once in awhile (as I have mentioned, I frequent there a lot weekdays, too). At times, because popular, you MAY run out of bagels. HOWEVER, this has only happened three times in the innumerable times I've gone. In addition, I've just gotten the attention of the baker in the back who was already on it, baking or finishing up with the newly baked batches of bagels to put out and so on. You just ask. Most of the employees are pleasant. Sure, I too, have encountered one maybe two (and honestly I have to REALLY think hard about that) employees who didn't seem pleasant. If anything, most have been accommodating and nice. Now, the one thing that I will agree with other reviewers are the long lines and wait. This can be and is very frustrating. And of course irritating. We ALL want to pay, get out of there and GO. Especially after a very large purchase of endless walking about in there (which is fine, but for some of us with severe chronic health issues) - I have whole body Arthritis; this becomes almost unbearable. On the other hand, we kind of have to expect this type of situation in stores such as this and especially peak times. Look at Ikea. Love the store but get to one of their NUMEROUS checkout lines and it's "wait city." Even some of your favorite grocery stores have become like this. Maybe not as extreme, but sure as heck a lot busier than say ten or so years ago. (I'm 57 and remember much faster checkouts). Perhaps Administration needs to somehow brainstorm and come up with a faster checkout flow. This might make...

UPDATE: Had the most horrible experience @ this location a few Fridays ago. At the self check out register had a query for the worker manning this area. After getting her attention & that of everyone else's and making eye contact with her; on her way to me, she's stopped by an middle aged caucasian couple and just walks off to another set of registers, which is being manned by another employee & instead of alerting that worker & returning back to me or at least finding someone to assist me or just saying, please give me a minute, this young lady, Shemar...proceeds to ring up their entire cart, while in the self check out area. Been a BJs member 4, 14yrs from VA to NY, even endorsed them to a few people in Michigan once I heard they'll be opening a store there, & not before that day have i ever felt uncomfortable, angry or even the thought of prejudice from a worker, b4 that Friday evening. Also, they reportedly done have store managers onsite during evenings/night hrs, as per customer svcs. My review below still stands when it comes to all stores, but my personal experience with this store has certainly changed my mind as to its respect & responsibility to all its customers.

Great place with consistent products, clean, pretty organized, restrooms on site for customers, several helpful staff, who knows where the products are located. Off street parking lot and bottle collection on site.

As u see in my pics the book section is located in the corner of the store, with no signage. That's not good. Only reason for...
