Bklyn's Pizza — Restaurant in New York

I am a regular customer at this pizza place . We always order the personal pies and they are always delicious . Last time I order they gave me a half personal pie , I looked like it was cut out of the middle of the pie . It was an embarrassment to the establishment and turned me off forever . I've had more pizza in one slice . To top it all off the guy had the audacity to charge me 10$ for a half of a personal pie. We brought it back and asked for a new pie and the small man gave me an attitude and said "we'll what do you want" no apology no remorse .Unfortunately I will not be going back here and I suggest if anyone does they check the box before leaving the place because they could care less what they serve you as long as you pay them. The staff? Friendly enough to make you suspicious. Either they actually like their jobs, or the pizza has hypnotic properties. I’m fine...

Updated review: ordered today over the phone 1-16-22 PLEASE LOWER THE MUSIC SO YOU CAN HEAR THE ORDER AND NOT SCREW ANYTHING UP..THE MUSIC WAS EXTREMELY LOUD..VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.....today i ordered for the first time from Brooklyn pizza...i have to say it is one of the best pizzas i have ever eaten...i always ordered from Lenny's but they took forever to deliver and their pizza was so-so...Brooklyn pizza delivered in less than 25 minutes..i also ordered a grilled chicken panini with roasted peppers and mozzarella which was fantastic...this will be my go-to place for ordering pizza and other items on their menu from now on...the person that answered the phone was polite and courteous and the delivery person was friendly and courteous also....great...
