Bocconcini — Restaurant in New York

A true Gem in Little Neck: Bocconcini Pizzeria & Restaurant! My partner & I have been frequenting Bocconcini for the past several years on what truly amounts to a daily basis. Now that I'm fortunate to be in a WFH position, when it comes time to break, I'll often take the opportunity to get out of the house & stroll down the street & enjoy a few slices for lunch, and take advantage of Bocconcini's Lunch Special, be it slices, or their terrific burgers with their signature curly-fries!, or BLT hero! Simply by frequenting Bocconcini on a daily basis, we've made many new friends, not just with the owner (Gaz) & his really kind staff, folks like Nicole & Jasmine working the dining room & take out counter, but the chef's: Rambo, & Carlos, as well as some of the delivery staff who have been there for a while (Daniel & Josh) they all go out of their way to make you feel welcome & ensure the food you order is to your liking, & prepared exactly how you like it. I've brought many family & friends to dine & enjoy the Bocconcini experience, & they too have started to return on their own, & look forward to the opportunity to meet up at a very nice, extraordinarily clean! *as in NEVER been shut down by the health dept for code violations CLEAN! and truly delightful and tastefully decorated establishment in which to enjoy your meal, be it late breakfast, lunch, or dinner!

I have been a long time customer of Bocconcini. I started ordering from the restaurant 7 years ago and was impressed with the customer service as well as the pizza. It took me about 3 years to stray from just ordering pizza to the amazing authentic Italian cuisine offered on the menu. Bocconcini has the best vodka sauce I've ever had. About 2 years ago I moved out of New York City and make it a point to stop and get food here every time I visit relatives. In addition to the move I recently got married and when looking for a rehearsal dinner location my immediate thought was Bocconcini! My wife and I did have our rehearsal dinner at Bocconcini and it was a five-star experience. The wait staff as well as the owner took care of us like family. We stuffed our bellies full of the best Italian food New York has to offer and that's saying something. From panela vodka two chicken francese everything was delicious. 10 out of 10 I would recommend to friends, family and strangers.

My only regret is that I can't find something as good in my new state. My New York City visits will have to...

I know people always say they never leave reviews but I NEVER LEAVE REVIEWS. Bocconcini is the one exception. Bocconcini has been my go to pizza place and restaurant for many years now and will be for many years to come. Everything - and I mean everything - is made from scratch. The owner is a great guy with a love for food and people. He can make anything from pizza to Spanakopita to falling off the bone lamb shank, and it's all excellent. And if you don't see something you want, he will happily accommodate you. The food is about as close to home as you can get. Bocconcini is a much needed find since there are no GOOD Italian restaurants in the area and all the pizza places are mediocre at best. Go for yourself and try it. You won't be disappointed....
