Brewer's Row — Restaurant in New York

Great space. Nice beers. Nice staff. But it’s one of those places where the neighborhood people bring their screaming children - adults hanging inside while one of them gets volunteered to oversee said group of screaming children in the back yard. The place is frequented by the kind of people who upon seeing that their kids are ruining an otherwise perfectly nice pub for you love to then get in your face to profusely apologize. I just want to say I’m shocked and appalled at how rude and entitled the staff are here. We showed four valid ids (including a passport) to the bartender, who proceeded to scoff and comment on our young appearance in a condescending, rude, and quite misogynistic manner. What are we supposed to do, get plastic surgery? Seems like it had nothing to do with our IDs, and he was looking to be rude for absolutely no reason. The service here is really the standout. Every single bartender is friendly, and there are always more than enough staff to help. It really shines through! They do samples, and small pours which is great. As a beer snob, I really wish they had some better options though. With 12+ taps i find that only 4-5 are really something special with the rest being average at best. If they can up the options just a little it would be...
