I don't have any excuses for ordering here as I took the time to read through the reviews and thought, 'how can they screw up a BLT?' and went ahead and ordered. WRONG MOVE!

I was looking for something 'in' to be delivered whist working in the apartment. Ordered an Avocado BLT, a Terminator sandwich as well as sweet potato fries to share. The BLT came on a kaiser roll. (To be fair, I did say I was allergic to sesame and poppy seeds so this could very well come on different bread) When I unwrapped the tinfoil, the size and shape suggested to me that I had Deleted the wrong menu item as I had a bagel and cream cheese on my order that I ended up deleting (I like my bagel BURNT and no other way so I usually have to ask for it to be 'more toasted please' about three times before I'm happy) but once I opened it, I saw that it was, in fact, NOT a bagel. What it was I was unsure of from the start. Again, kaiser roll, (just a kaiser dinner roll) with some mayo dripping from the sides. I opened it up to find a couple of nice cuts of avocado slipping off of this mayonnaise sandwich, 1 slice of tomato, bacon crumbles (like the ones that go atop a Cobb salad) and when I poked through the mayo (there was a very very generous amount of mayo to which it was a Mayo Sammy with a hint of bacon crumbles and avocado) I found three strips of lettuce (also the kind that goes in a salad, or cole slaw) drowning in that mayo. To get a better picture, imagine a closed bun with mayo on the side. There was no lift of bacon, lettuce or tomato, but rather they were lost inside that bun somewhere. Not a single bacon Strip but rather bacon crumbles that were a delicious 'taste' of what Boars Head Bacon is. I was SO looking forward to this sandwich and I have Never been more disappointed by a bun before.

The other sandwich was on a roll, that came in a foam box and although it was a lot of bread, it had an equal portion of meat stacked high. (1/2 bread, 1/2 meat) a slice of tomato on each sandwich half and some more of that shredded lettuce (not much but a bit more than the BLT) It looked like the 'hoagie' you purchase at 7-11. And I was told it tasted just as bland.

The sweet potato fries had zero salt/seasoning on them. They came in a tin bowl with a crimped plastic lid on top which kept the humidity inside and by the time it got to me, those fries were so mushy you couldn't hold it but rather get a fork and sorta spoon it in your mouth. Once it was there, it was immediately spit out as Sweet potato fries are almost useless with zero seasoning. If I had the ability I would've added butter and salt and made mashed sweet potatoes.

$36 later (couple those 3 items with 1 bottle of water and delivery and an hr and $36 later you will not only be disappointed but also hungry!

Please, save yourself the money and choose something else to eat. Maybe going in to the deli would provide a different experience (I know I wouldn't let them get away with adding three strips of lettuce to my BLT ((finely chopped strips slaw style))) or at the very least, you would be able to walk away from the poorly made food.

[When I first looked at reviews, all I could pull up were 1 star reviews but their overall was 4.4 stars. Now I am looking and EVERY review is 5 stars and I am seeing Not one 1 star rating... so very...

Got an iced coffee for my brother, my brother called me and said he didn't want it anymore. So I asked if I can get a refund, the guy looked at me, laughed & continued doing what he was doing. So I asked "yes or no". That's when he stops doing what he was doing walks to the register & before he proceeds to attempt a refund he looks towards his coworker "monica, she wants a refund after I just made the iced coffee" I told him "it was so unnecessary to communicate that w her" Bc what was that helping with the situation.

Listen if you don't like your job fine. Go home. But don't come to work giving customers attitude Bc you don't like your job. I work at a fast food place & I definitely don't treat customers like that. You get what u paid for & if they didn't want it anymore I would try to accommodate them w something else or at the end give them a refund. ITS SOOOO SIMPLE. I was not at all rude to him so why do I deserve that attitude from him ? Make it make sense

Advice to him GET ANOTHER...

I went to purchase a sandwich but then saw they sliced the meat and laid in next to the cleaning rag. Before cutting the meat he placed items on my sandwich that I am allergic to, not paying attention to my order. Then yelled at me when i sais i can't have the item. I left the store as I saw the workers talk on their phones, clean items, unpack boxes, then prepare food without washing their hands. The food is uncovered and fly kept landing on the salad bar items when i told him he says its ok. I asked do you know when flys land they plant eggs, this can give people bad stomach issue. The man laughed and turned his back and proceeded to speak in spanish not knowing i am fluent. And he said a few racial remarks l, but i let ot go because they woll not gety business again. I witnessed them preparing salad bowls, but they didn't wash any of the greens. The workers don't wear hairnets. A person returned with their purchased food because it was hair in it. A health inspection is definitely needed...
