Burger King — Restaurant in New York

I've had a consistently positive experience at this Burger King location. The food quality is commendable, earning a solid 4-star rating from me. The menu offers a satisfying range of options, and I appreciate the effort they put into maintaining the taste and consistency of their offerings. Their signature Whopper, in particular, stands out as a flavorful and classic choice that never disappoints. Now, they've expanded their offerings of chicken wraps, which is a great addition to the menu and provides us with even more choices.

Equally noteworthy is the staff's exceptional service, which I'm thrilled to rate at 5 stars. The team here consistently goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant dining experience. Their friendliness, efficiency, and willingness to accommodate special requests truly set them apart.

This has got to be the worst Burger King I have ever been in. Although there was plenty of seating, nearly all of it was taken by older locals who were just sitting and talking or reading newspapers. They did not seem to buy any food here, but were just using the place to hang out in. I was surprised that the restaurant allowed this. I would think they would want the tables to be ready for their paying customers. There was one table occupied by a homeless person too, also not eating any food he bought there. I have never seen a restaurant that allowed such things! After standing for nearly fifteen minutes we finally were able to sit down, right next to a big soda spill that the staff passed by several times and seemed to be doing their best to ignore. By now, our food was cold of course, and when we opened it, part of the order was wrong. Not even caring at this point, we just ate it as it was and left as quickly as we could. Great selection and fast clean service. They really do have everything you could want from a Chinese buffet, they even have a sushi station. All the dishes are fresh too, coming out all the time.

My favorite is defintely the nice selection of soups that they have, as well as the ridiculous amounts of seafood. Maybe it was just the night I went, but count how many tables have someone chopping away at the crab legs, I guarantee it will be at least 1 person per table!

Although this place is PACKED, I haven't had to wait anymore than 10 minutes for a table for four. Also they're running a half off deal these days, and dinner was $15 a person, unbelievable for what you get.

The only downsides are soda is not included, but they do give you unlimited tea of course. Also the ice cream machine was broken when I went!
