Burger King — Restaurant in New York

Been going here atleast 1 time a month for the last 4 years. It used to be a decent place to grab a whopper and what not. Now the service is terribly slow, the people that works there are terribly slow (mentally), and they would keep you waiting there for your food 15 mins or more even if you did a mobile order or ordered at the register. They favor pushing orders out at the drive thru too much. It’s not really that busy in here but you’ll still get slow service. They started to always miss items in my orders and employees are rude and don’t have the basic skills to work a fast food job. One lady, heavily tatted caught some attitude with me telling me that I need to get the drink myself but she didn’t even hand me a cup when she packed my order. Like make it make sense.

They would make your food and just have it sit there on the counter for 5-10 mins even when it’s done and you’re literally waiting for it in the opposite side of the counter.

Compliments to the Management of the 1590 Hutchinson River Parkway location for their impeccable customer service. I have been to many Burger Kings throughout the Bronx and this one by far provides the best Customer Service out of them all. I have never waited for more than five minutes in the drive thru, even with vehicles in front of me. They really keep services moving along, even through the busiest times of the day. Staff are very professional and communicate very clearly and concise with customers to where they are understood. You also see the manager contributing and working with his staff to ensure that customer service is not hindered in any way. And that's what it's all about, service. The restaurant is waaaaay too cold. The guest, as well as the employees complain to the manager about the extreme temperature. The manager seemed to have ignored our multiple request to turn down the a/c. It makes for an extremely uncomfortable time at this place. I have to imagine that the cost to super cool this place on a constant basis has to be ridiculous. Why not just turn the a/c to a comfortable temperature and save money while allowing your guest to be comfortable? Seems like a no brainer. We were here for at least 25 mins and it did not let up at all. I wouldn't recommend it. A place that does not listen to their employees, their guest, and it's uncomfortable, is not a place I would consider worthy. Such a simple fix to do, but yet it seems to be too...
