Cafe 9 is an absolute gem in Astoria, with a menu that you genuinely can't go wrong with anything you order. Their bacon, egg, and cheese paired with an iced lavender matcha is my perfect breakfast combo, but I've tried nearly everything on their menu, and it's all fantastic. Their pastry selection deserves special mention - each item is perfectly balanced with just the right amount of sweetness that keeps you coming back for more.
This place is unique, though, because of the incredible staff and owners who make everyone feel like family from day one.
