Writing this as a follow up to my previous review. First, I never said they didn’t ask me for images, they did, me posting them online to show my experience has no correlation with them being emailed to the establishment. My review was not unfair; the images I posted clearly corroborated what I wrote had happened, anyone with eyes will be able to see that. What’s unfair is the condition my car was returned. The lady I spoke with told me 3 things. First, she claimed when she pulled my car out there was NO scratch on the mirror. Next time we spoke, she said my car was very filthy when I brought it in and I could have simply not seen it under the dirt. (funny since she initially said the scratch didn’t exist) Next, she claimed that while my car was parked on the street with folded mirrors, a bicyclist could have done that while passing my vehicle...talk about a book of excuses. Things happen, that’s understandable. The way this lady has been talking to me is the exact reason I am writing this follow up. I, as a customer, will not tolerate someone saying what I wrote “doesn’t depict what truly happened” when I have images that prove exactly what I wrote. The did offer to fix the scratch, yes, “and all we will ask is that you remove the review.” To anyone reading this, believe what you want but as we all know, pictures speak a thousand words. Read moreI've been going to this place for a few years and they generally do a good job, but today was a different story.
Dropped off my car at 9am for a regular wash. There were 2 other cars being worked on when I arrived. I asked the manager if the car would be ready by 2pm and he gave me a very condident and charismatic "oh, for sure."
I spent roughly $20 in Ubers to get to various appointments in the morning and got back to Hydros at 2pm on the dot. The manager wasn't there and there was some confusion as to the status of my car among the other attendants.
The young lady that was there at the time had to call her manager and ask about my car. She then told me the car hadn't been washed. "Yea. Sorry, we got slammed."
Very unprofessional. No phone call, no heads up. No care that they've wasted someone's time and money. No discount or expedited service offer.
Meanwhile, there are other cars being worked on that weren't there in the morning when I dropped mine off.

Took my Cayenne to get PPF on the front end, ceramic coating and windshield protection. The process was streamline and efficient. You need to research and understand there is a process to these things. Giving the PPF time to cure and adhere to the vehicle is extremely important. After taking the car home I noticed a few errors that were completely out of Hydros control. Upon taking pictures and texting with Diana about the flaws, her response was truly outstanding. She insisted I bring the car back in for them to take a look and fix it. These flaws were so minor to the eyes, they never once try to put it off or ignore it. They made the arrangement to have everything fix at no cost to me. After the repairs, they offer a free car wash and took the time to go over the car once more for any defects. I trust them...
