Love their falafel’s very tasty, cooked well, full of flavor, had the Greek yogurt dip, super yummy! The variety of fresh toppings are particularly enjoyable. I didn’t start coming to CAVA until recently, but wow, on my very first visit, their Pita Chips had me hooked! After that, I kept coming back, and it’s never been a disappointment. It’s not just the chips that keep me coming, it’s the people. The staff always go above and beyond to make sure my order is made with extra love, ensuring the food is fresh every single time.

The flavors are incredible and completely customizable to whatever I’m craving. The greens are crisp, the proteins are cooked to perfection, and the sauces, especially the Crazy Feta, which was recommended by Don Omar. They really do take everything to the next level. The team is always friendly and welcoming.

Shout out to this location and this team for saving the day for my in-office catering event! We went through Cava catering to organize the event and when unpacking delivery to serve to our team, we noticed we were short on proteins. I ran over to the Hudson St. location with the big ask of filling up some bowls to compensate the shortage of proteins. The manager, Yasmairi, was quick to jump onto the ask and help me! With the support of her team, I was walking out with 15 bowls of meat in under 15 minutes!! All during lunch rush hour! Thank you again Hudson St. Cava- if there was a location I could recommend having the catering option.....
