Cute little place we stopped at tonight. I get the feeling the restaurant is pretty new from being in the business as long as I was and the rookie mistakes by staff and who I assumed owned the place when he would pop out or entertain his family . The only waitress never checked on us and when we flagged her down seemed annoyed that we wanted more sauce for the spaghetti. The host was never at the podium when people came up he was the busboy too. Everytime people would come he was busy doing something else. The pizza was good the Bolognese lacked meat and needed to cook a bit longer. When we asked for more sauce for it we got a small bowl of red sauce that seemed to be out of a can and warmed. They had another table sit by us and because every table doesn't have wine and beer list they took ours kinda rude and shows lack of restaurant business.
We waited and waited for our check and waited at least 30mins for my check and I finally went in and asked if I could talk to a manager and he said they didn't have one. I know it was at least 30 mins because I texted a friend at home and told them what was going on. We are still waiting and getting zero help. I'm assuming they have one machine to do orders and checkout so we still had to wait. When we finally got the ck she dropped it behind us on the table and left didn't say or ask anything. Being our last night it kinda sucked. The hope is it was an off night. When we come back we won't...
Read moreAvoid!!!!! If I could give negative stars I would, we tried to get a bite to eat on a Sunday afternoon. After we got sat and ordered drinks which we were told they were out of Coca-Cola ok. My husband got a one zero instead. I ordered a pasta dish and my husband ordered a burger which than we were told they were out of beef. So ok, we asked for acouple minutes so he can look at the menu again. The waitress came back and my husband ordered a chicken wrap which than we were told they were out of the chicken. Now not even a second later they were bringing my pasta dish. We asked if they were out of anything else and were told no. What a joke! I can't believe they put my order in for pasta and delivered it to me without my husband ordering food. Don't you deliver food at the same time. Ridiculous. There was nothing else on that menu that looked good to my husband so we decided to leave. Then the waitress looks at us and says "well you going to pay?" We had to pay for that pasta and drinks we didn't eat or drink. Just left the food there, didn't look appetizing anyway. But this whole situation was ridiculous, why don't you tell people what food you are out of when seating them? And why would you make half the tables food when the rest of table didn't order yet??? Do yourself the favor and...
Read moreStopped in for breakfast (eggs, sausage, hashbrown, toast-simple items) with a few tables that had people. No one addressed us as we entered, should have been our sign to leave. We seated ourselves, someone eventually brought us a glass of water (the only glass we had to drink). The waitress asked our order, we never got the drinks we ordered and the two of us were served 15 min apart. We were about to leave when the 2nd plate arrived which was missing sausage and I had to find the server to inform her. The second plate was finished when we went to ask for the check at the counter. We had them take the sausage and drinks off the tab since we never got them, the server seemed irritated. The server walked all around us handing others their drinks, serving their food, checking on them, and never check on us we had to go to her if we needed anything. Food was bland and nothing I would go back for or recommend. We traveled from another state and majority of the time we were here it was cold, windy, and rainy with alot of walking. Ella was the worst part...
