Good in theory, terrible in service provision. Beware of the site adding charges for services you didn’t choose, beware of the manager providing falsified information, lack of cancellation policy on the site or in writing, and the concierge’s poor customer service.
Unfortunately I can’t write of my experience within the venue because my problems with the manager and their process began before I could even experience anything.
This post is about the poor communication, care, and fraud of a business this is. I was told by a friend that has a membership I could use her membership to plan my birthday party, she was being a helpful friend in knowing that during these times, social distance celebrations are preferred. She was also under the impression I could use her membership since she paused $110 for it, hadn’t used it yet and the website says “Share with friends and Family”.
I booked on her account, chose the date, time, decorations, and hostess, and paid $1500 upfront, no deposit, no payment plan, $1500 whole entire cost upfront. I thought it was odd that I didn’t get a immediate email with a confirmation or receipt especially when I saw that the site added an extra service to my payment that I never chose. But I assumed I could rectify that when I got a itimized receipt so I could see exactly where the entire $1500 was going. My friend contacted me and said she received a text with my confirmation code, I thought that was odd because I booked it, I paid for it. I called the number listed and told the manager that I was using my friends membership and asked if he could send me the confirmation as opposed to her, since it is after all MY BIRTHDAY! He said sure, send me your name, email address and number and I’ll send you the confirmation, he also told me to go back on the account and type that same information in. Two weeks passed and I received NOTHING! No confirmation, no receipt of payments nothing.
Later on, I found out I needed to cancel, their website has no cancellation policy listed, so I called. I was told you get a 50% refund on your deposit, that’s Odd, I didn’t make a deposit, I was never promoted to, I made a full payment. Do you mean I get a 50% refund on my payment? I asked, I was told yes. To be clear the company has no cancellation policy listed, but what’s going last Half of your money is you need to cancel, and I was canceling 30 days before my intended booking date. I asked for a itimized receipt of what I was paying for, and a copy of their cancellation policy many times which I never received.
1 week later, I went to my bank account and realized the company took a “renew” membership fee off my card. How can you renew a membership you never had in the first place? Clearly the manager used my information that he told me to provide so that I could be sent a confirmation, to create a membership account and then charge me for it.

I paid in advance and was in contact with the “booking manager” up until the morning of my reservation confirming everything. When my guest arrived the staff did not allow my guest to enter the building. The “security” at the main entrance kept saying there was no reservation at this location. Not once did the booking manager or “owner” come down to greet nor address the issue. I kept calling and texting the booking manager and owner and received no response. 30-45 minutes into my reservation the “owner” decides to give me a call as we were still standing out the building. I had to REQUEST that he come down and speak to me. The owner kept saying i canceled my reservation when in fact i didn’t. He pretended as if he did not know who the booking manager was. After going back and forth and demanding accommodations, he gave me a room that i didn’t book for. The host was unprofessional and rambunctious! He yelled at my guest from the beginning to end of the night. He held a BLUNT while serving the hookah. The food portions were small and not worth the price. I could not “control” the music as advertised. The host destroyed my cake and blamed us for it. They took it upon themselves to cut my cake without asking me. They cut and put my cake in aluminum foil. The “complimentary” bottles were small (please see google image as reference). At the end of the night, i expressed my concerns and experience to the owner. The “owner” showed no empathy or any care. The accommodation offered was for me to come back another day for a different experience. I THINK NOT! And you shouldn’t either. Read moreI would give this place negative stars. We came her for a birthday party and upon our arrival they told our group that we were at the wrong location and sent us to a new address. At the new address, they again told us we were at the wrong location and needed to go BACK to the original location. They had us traveling back and forth, then told us that our reservation was "canceled" in their system but we NEVER received a refund for this cancellation nor did we receive an email stating that our reservation was canceled. This caused us to miss 1.5 hour of our 3 hour time frame for our room. Then, they put us in a totally different room than what we payed for, with not enough chairs, food did not come out for 1.5 hours, food was 2 VERY SMALL portions, about ~$18 worth of food if I had to guess. The complimentary "bottles" that they provide were 3 PERSONAL SIZED BOTTLES for the price that you pay to rent a room here I find that totally unacceptable, especially having 25+ people in attendance. The room was hot, barely had any air conditioning. They ruined our birthday cake, a whole side of the cake's icing was completely missing. The CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS THE ABSOLUTE WORST. THE ONE WAITER WAS TRYING TO BALANCE 4 PARTIES AT THE SAME TIME AND GETTING MADE AT OUR GROUP FOR ASKING FOR COMMON THINGS. WE WENT BACK AND FORTH WITH THE WHOLE STAFF, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND JUST A BAD BUSINESS. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
