Well! I have visited this place a few times and it has been good, Today I was here, had a seat at the counter, a young lady that served was great I had a "blue cheese burger" it was amazing good. As I was waiting for my food, to my left about 6 feet was this young girl standing at the register and going through few checks, apparently she had made some mistake not long a waiter named Hernan ( black pants, blue shirt and a darker tie approached the girl by the register and started blasting at her, from what I heard he was accusing her that she made a mistake and not him, furthermore he was telling her how perfect he is and that he had a great math- teacher. The way he talked and his voice made me very uncomfortable. I hope that the owners will read this and take some type of action. It is NOT appropriate to scream at someone (raise the voice) at work place, specially when guests are close to you. Very unpleasant, unprofessional and rude. Afterwards, if she had made a mistake at the register I very strongly believe that there are ways to correct that, and NOT blasting at her, after all she's a human. If I was the Owner or Manager that waiter would have been flying through the doors. This is the reason why this place don't give 5 stars. If I could, I would give this place NO stars. My waitress was amazing and she gets 5 STARS and $10. Tip on...
Read moreI went to Chelsea square with me and my boyfriend for the first time. This was supposed to be a great experience, but it turned into a nightmare of an experience. We were looking for dinner in the local area when we found the this dinner. Now make no mistake the food was great, but it was not COVID safe. most of the staff was not wearing a mask 😷 and the female restroom’s they were very unsanitary due to no soap 🧼 or toilet 🚽 Paper 📄 being placed in the restroom. In addition I came there with my boyfriend who had a hip injury and walks with a cane and one of the bust boys ran right through him and made him lose his balance and manger nor any of the workers apologized for this employee’s carelessness. As I was beginning to collect my belongings two bust boys knocked me down, so they could clean the table for the group of people while my belongs were still there at the table. The waiter even gave us our check while we were half way through our meal. I would never step my foot back in this poorly ran establishment ever again and “buyer beware” I hope who ever reads this and goes to the restaurant does not receive the same treatment me and my husband received. Just for record I would give this place 0 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ if I could, but I have to give one to...
Read moreCame here with a group of friends after a late night ice hockey game at the Skyrink on Chelsea Piers. Menu was very simple for a diner (I'm used to the massive NJ diner menus) and not looking to spend too much, I opted for a bacon cheeseburger with mango habeñero chicken tenders to share. One of the other patrons ordered chocolate chip pancakes. When the food came, they brought her a chocolate shake (not chocolate chip pancakes) and the mango habeñero never came either, instead we received buffalo sauce, which was the only other option for the chicken tenders. Not wanting to send another item back, we chose to just eat the buffalo chicken tenders. I do feel the burger was decent, large and compared to other menu items, I felt was fairly priced. Some other items I thought were pretty high ($22 for 4 chicken tenders and French fries). I understand...it's NYC prices, but this is also a diner, not an upscale eatery. I've spent less on very nice sushi rolls than those chicken tenders, so if I'm using that as a measuring stick, I did feel many items were over priced. For a late night meal after a game (and everything else is closed)...it fits the bill. But if anything else is open, I'd personally...
