Terrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs

I had an absolutely unacceptable experience with this restaurant. I placed an order and waited nearly two hours with no delivery. During that time, I called them four times, and each time I was reassured the order was on the way. They even went as far as calling me back to say the food was outside — only for the person to suddenly say “wrong order” and hang up on me without any explanation.

Shortly after that, I received a cancellation notice — no apology, no accountability, nothing. The staff was not only unprofessional and dismissive, but outright rude and dishonest. I wasted two hours waiting for nothing.

This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable for any business, especially one in the service industry. If you value your time, money, or basic customer service, do yourself a favor and stay far away...

This restaurant reopened with a brand new look. Everything looks so nice and clean and professional. I got free samples to try out and the grand opening of getting 1 entree with 2 sides for free and only costing $10 was so worth it.
