I can't even begin to express how furious I am after my experience at this Chipotle location. To say it was a disaster would be an understatement. I’ve been to many Chipotle restaurants over the years, but this one has reached new lows that I didn’t even think were possible. I seriously regret stepping foot in this place, and if I could give it zero stars, I absolutely would.
Let’s start with the customer service — which, frankly, was non-existent. From the moment I walked in, it felt like I was invisible. The employees were too busy gossiping and joking around with each other to even acknowledge my presence. I stood there for what felt like an eternity, just waiting for someone to make eye contact with me, but apparently that was asking too much. When they finally got around to taking my order, they acted like they were doing me a favor, tossing ingredients into the bowl with no care or attention. I’ve seen more enthusiasm at a morgue. And don’t even think about asking them questions about the menu — you’ll be met with a blank stare, as if you’re speaking a foreign language.
Now, let’s talk about the food. If I thought things couldn’t get worse, I was wrong. The rice — I can’t even describe how bad it was. It was undercooked, hard, and clumpy like it had been sitting out for hours. I’ve had better rice from a fast food drive-thru. The chicken was another catastrophe. It was so dry and flavorless, I honestly thought they’d forgotten to season it at all. It was just a sad, tasteless slab of meat that had the texture of cardboard. As for the rest of the toppings? Don’t even bother. The beans were mushy, the salsa tasted like it had been watered down with tap water, and the guacamole was a joke. It was so bland and devoid of any flavor that I couldn’t tell if I was eating guacamole or some kind of green paste. And the cheese? I don’t know what they’re doing, but it was practically nonexistent. It was like they were trying to save a few cents by skimping on everything.
I’ve had Chipotle before, so I know it’s possible to make a good bowl. But this? This was a joke. The entire meal was a sloppy, sad, and completely unappetizing mess. I’m pretty sure I’ve had better meals from frozen dinners, and that’s saying something.
But the worst part of the experience? The disgusting state of the restaurant itself. I’m not exaggerating when I say it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The floors were sticky, the tables were covered in crumbs and grease, and the counter where they prepare the food looked like a war zone. There was food splattered everywhere, and no one bothered to wipe it down. Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if they were hiding rats in the back, given how unsanitary it looked. The whole place smelled off, too. It was a mix of stale food, sweat, and something I can’t even describe. It felt like no one cared about the cleanliness of the restaurant at all.
I don't know what kind of management is running this location, but they need to be fired immediately. There’s no excuse for the lack of care, attention, and basic hygiene that was evident in every aspect of my visit. I have never been so disgusted by a restaurant in my life, and I’ll be telling everyone I know to steer clear of this place. This Chipotle has completely ruined the brand for me. They don’t deserve to be in business if they can’t even manage the basics like cleanliness, quality food, and decent customer service.
Save yourself the time, money, and stomach ache. This place is an embarrassment, and it’s clear that they don’t care about their customers at all. If you’re craving Chipotle, go anywhere else. Anywhere but here. I wouldn't feed this garbage to my dog, and frankly, I don’t even think my dog would eat it. This location deserves to be shut down immediately. A complete and utter failure...
Read moreSo I go to this place regularly with no issues however today I’m checking out with my double protein bowl and I hear the cashier who looks very rough, she’s darkskin and short saying “ that’s double protiein” to the other Chipotle worker but she made a weird face when she said it. Like she already had an attitude. So I told her I’ll be paying for my double protein with my points. The cashier comes near the register and tells me I have double protein again and I tell her again I would like to use my rewards to pay. She says okay. I scan my regular scan for points QR code and she says okay $21. So I’m like “ I told u I wanted to use points” and she says with a attitude “ it didn’t pop up so “ so now I’m annoyed because I know I have 755 points and I told her I have 755 points Instead of her showing me how to get my promo deal she tries to charge me full price. Now I’m fustrated and I get the promo deal myself. As I’m paying I let her know I worked at Chipotle myself and other customer service positions I would’ve appreciated if she helped me out on getting the promo instead of brushing me off about it. She still has a attitude. I guess her manager comes over, a older lightskin lady and she asked what’s going on I told her and the older lady tells me she doesn’t see a issue at first because I scanned the wrong code… after I explained again she apologized like she had to. Then kept arguing with me instead of bagging my food to leave. It was a whole...
Read morePlease hire normal people...so customers don't need to deal with nonsense. It's past 10:45 am and still not open ....and yes I am that guy who left the message. Spread that to all the coworkers. Not just the girl at the at register. Now I got to deal with her attitude because she forgot my pico. I then got to walk back to get it with attitude are serious. Put only men at the register. There's enough attitude in this area to deal with. Don't poison this place. Only been here twice and it's already crazy attitude. Hire normal people. Like grown adults who...
