I’ve always enjoyed the food at Chipotle, but my recent experience with their customer service was absolutely awful. First off, the staff is ALWAYS in a hurry and I feel like I am being rushed through my order every time I go. I didn't even had time to decide what I wanted before the person behind the counter was already asking, “Are you ready? What else? Next?” and pushing me along. I didn’t even get to finish my sentence when I asked for something specific, and I felt like I had to hurry just to keep up with them. It usually isn't even busy during the time I go, so I don’t know why they feel the need to rush me like that.
The worst part? I had an issue with the points from my order not being applied correctly to my app and when I asked for help, the employees completely ignored me without offering to fix the issue. When I stood there and asked again several times, they told me that they could not do anything on their end if there was an issue with the points. Then they asked to see my receipt and told me that they couldn't help because they couldn't see what I ordered (see picture attached). Mind you - the receipts have looked like that for months now. I suggested that they should change the receipt machine then and the employee shrugged her shoulders and said that they couldn't do anything about it. So exactly what CAN they actually do?
Poor customer service can really ruin the whole experience and the workers here make me feel uncomfortable and stressed. Anyone who has been to this location will probably know EXACTLY what I'm talking about. I left feeling frustrated and unsatisfied and from now on I will definitely never return to...
Read moreI stopped into this location in the afternoon and the first thing I noticed was the customer area wasn't clean AT ALL. Trash was all over the tables and the chairs were scattered. I walk over to the counter to order and a customer in front of me was arguing with one of the staff members about the staff members attitude and the lack of care when handling their food; this made me a little skeptical about eating here. I then proceed to order because I was hungry and Chipotle usual hits the spot. The problem is never the food, it almost always is the customer service and/or the care. The bathroom is "out of order", there's no water cups, and if you take a peak behind the counter.... It's filthy; it looked as if the kitchen danced with a tornado. Your staff is careless. Aggressive and not hospitable. A lot of people buy based off of amazing experiences and great service. Your food is already good.
My girlfriend called me right after I finished eating and she asked me to order a bowl for her before I'm on my way home. I walked over to 185 montague location simply because I pefer good service. This is out of my way, I would have to walk back to this location in order to catch the A train home. But I'd truly and gladly make the trip. Management needs...
Read moreTerrible service and horrible employees! Waited on line for over 25 minutes. This was not during peak hours. This was after lunch, before dinner.
I wanted to try the new quesadillas, and was rudely told you have to order it on the app. Since I stood on line for over 25 minutes I ordered 2 steak burrito bowls instead.
The server was stingy on the portions. I didn't realize that they were low on the steak until I saw she scooped up what little was left into the two bowls and when I asked to put a little bit more so it would be a normal portion, she said I would have to wait awhile, but I had to leave, since the car was parked at a meter, so I said I can't wait for it.
I then asked for more salsa, she sucked her teeth. I had a free guacamole code, but it would not scan, so I had to pay for it. The cashier and the supervisor were arguing on why it was not working, and people were staring at me and getting mad because it was holding up the line.
When I got to the car around the corner, the food was cold, the sodas were both flat. Horrible food, drink and service.
