Little Pizza Parlor — Restaurant in New York

So I love the pizza let’s start with that. But I’ve been coming here for the past few days and I felt the need to make a review because it’s about time I expose the truth of Carolina, she’s rude and treats customers sarcastically nasty.I’ve given her the Benifit of the doubt she’s having an off day but it’s my third experience. I went today on my lunch break. Seen the dry pep slices on that counter and I asked the pizza man can he make me fresh pie, he responded with no problem 10 to 15 min. I was alright with his response but Carolina came and jumped in and went against my opinion on the dry slices and told me that they were fresh when the cheese clearly looks dry over the pepperoni which indicates to me it’s been reheated. I felt as if she wanted me to buy the dry slice with lies. I made pizza for years and I’m a former pizza man at scarrs pizza so I know the game. I requested to get the slices instead. She then went to cut my pie with her dirty cash hands. I also carry my food handlers and showed her she’s violating the health code. She also didn’t put my drinks in the bag I put them in myself because she was irritated from the truth. She also lied to me and said she’s the boss. So I assume if this is the boss then this is not a place u go to for good service unless you don’t care just go get the pizza! Pizza man was patient and respectful but...

Probably some of the best pizza in downtown Brooklyn honestly, with Norms Pizza being the closest comparable slice nearby (lots of dollar pizza places where you know what you’re going to get). Their pies take a little while to make on busy nights, so order ahead of you can, though they also have a large range of their by-the-slice options ready to heat up as well. It’s well worth the wait if you can’t order ahead though, as it’ll be fresh and hot. The people there are really nice too, and their drink selection is outstanding for a pizza parlor, with my personal favorite being the phony Negroni. Their garlic knots are also fluffy and garlicky, since they’re also fresh. I highly recommend the spicy slice with the peppers, since it’s got an incredible balance of sausage, tang. and spice that is right up my alley. Okay so the pizza was amazing , I tried to come again on Friday night and there was a line out the door and down the block so ... I thought some of the workers were a little rude but I came at the end of the night and ... Maybe they were just grumpy and tired idk. I got a white slice and a pepperoni square slice , the white slice was perfection , the pepperoni square slice was almost perfect like 99.8% bc for some reason it tasted sweet which threw me off bc I just wasn't expecting that but regardless the pizza was great and I'm gunna get some again today and hope it's just as good minus the sugar on the pepperoni please ! My dog also every much enjoyed his little pizza piece 😁 it was about 5 per slice but there is a 5$ perfection or a 1$ piece of crap from down the street , ya know. 5 stars !
