Columbia Deli and Cafe — Restaurant in New York

At first glance, the store looks great. There's a lot of options for food, chips, drinks, etc. I had an amazing, freshly squizzed juice, tasted supper great. But as I was looking at their fruits, I was originally going to use Mango, but the cut-up fruit was old, so I changed my order. I also had a Philly cheesesteak for myself and a chicken cutlet sandwich for my boyfriend. The sandwiches were not tasty at all, but we were hungry, so we finished it. We shouldn't have. I woke up with the worst stomach pain ever, and now i can't stay away from the bathroom. My boyfriend has the same symptoms, too. We didn't eat anything else after, so we know it was the sandwiches. The only reason I'm leaving a 2 star is because the fresh juice was good. But their fruits were bad, and so were...

This place is terrible. Don’t spend your money here. Not only did they undercook my fries but I ordered a beyond burger and they sent me a regular beef patty. This isn’t the first time they’ve done this. And every time they simply do not care to change their system. Apparently their “iPad” that sent the vegan orders isn’t working or isn’t working correctly for Grubhub. So instead of doing their research and see that a Beyond Burger is not a regular burger, they assume and send me a beef burger. Insane because we spend so much more money to eat vegan for them not to care enough to check. Eat somewhere else if you can. They told they that it’s okay if they have my business...

I come to this deli daily and the customer service here is amazing. The cook always makes sure to make whatever I order very carefully and with love. The young man at the front with the braces is very polite and always makes sure to take care of me and others. Best deli in NYC. I recommend everyone visit here if you are in NYC.
