The people at this establishment are incredibly rude. I put in an order for delivery and included a delivery note asking for the order to be delivered right to my apartment door. I received a notification at 11:31 pm that it was on the way. A little more than half an hour passed by and I still did not receive the order (I live about 5 minutes away or even less). I called for an update on the order, they stated it’d be on the way soon. A few minutes later, I received a call from the courier saying “Delivery, I’m outside.” I asked them if they can come up to my apt door as that’s what I requested before placing the order. “No I can’t do that.” Okay. I call the establishment once again, a team member answers, I tell him what happened. He says he’ll “let the driver know.” I say okay, but that’s not what I want or what I am calling for. He says okay, I’ll put you through to the manager. The team member left me on hold for nearly 10 minutes and then they hang up. I call back, I hear a different voice on the other end. I assume it was the manager, but I ask anyway, “Hi is this the manager?” “Yeah” “Oh okay, I was on hold and it seems you guys hung up the phone.” “Yeah, go ahead.” Honestly, after that, I didn’t even care for any refund or whatever. That was just incredibly rude. Instead of apologizing, saying sorry about that, it’s “go ahead.” As a manager, you need to do better. I know the job is stressful, but please brush up on your customer service skills cause you have none at all. Overall terrible experience ordering delivery at this...
Read moreOrder at your own risk!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a “The Works” large pizza with extra mushrooms. The store calls me and tells me they don’t have mushrooms and if I want another item to replace this because they can’t issue a partial refund. So I ask for an extra spicy garlic sauce in addition to the one I had ordered with the cheese sticks. At 8:22 I get a text saying my order is on the way…the store is no more than 7 mins from my home; however the driver arrived after 45mins (25 mins later than the delivery window they gave me). I had to come downstairs to pick up my order because they have this thing where they supposedly don’t go in the building to deliver. Not only was the pizza cold, they gave me pizza sauce with the cheese sticks which is not what I ordered and the extra garlic sauce they were supposed to give me in lieu of the mushrooms was also missing from my order. Read moreManager called Jose gave me a torn dollar note and i asked him to give back a normal note he said he closed the register and won't do that and said he doesn't care that I am a regular customer! This is the worst customer service I have seen in a while. This guy should be fired and maybe should work as a street cleaner than in customer service.
First complaint:
I just ordered online and when i went to the store the cashier tells me that he can't find my order although it was confirmed in my email and when i went on the app it displayed this message. I am very angry at them I got charged for nothing and the cashier didn't even think to apologize and make a new one for me. I called their customer service noone answered after calling for 3 times and staying on the line for almost an hour!! They should hire a manager not some cashiers that don't even seem to have a legal work...
