Crispy Chicken — Restaurant in New York

I would have given this place a 5 if it wasnt for their delivery service and owner backing the their delivery guy. I live in an apartment building where All he has to do is buzz my apartment number and I can open the door for him RIGHT AWAY, NO WAIT. He doenst even have to press # or * , nothing. He can bring the bike upstairs! The building doenst care. Owner said it was too much parking the bike. I told them last time, they do not have to.

Frustrating. The are litrally 5 minutes from me but due to my baby being sick, I am not going out. I am asking them to bring the food to my door like NORMAL DELIVERY DRIVERS DO but this driver refuses to.

I like their food but if I find another place that makes it like my son likes his food, they will lose a regular costumer. It is extremely Frustrating that not even with a sick child is this driver willing to press a 3 digit code!

Again food is decent but costuner service? I would give it a zero if I could! Completely...

They recently changed their menu and the fried pork dumplings are delicious, best I ever had! They also have "boiled soups" that are szechuan style so it's super spicy, but it comes with the noodles separated and then you get to pour the broth on top.
