This is a bakery that only makes sourdough bread and a dairy chocolate babka. I believe they are only open specific days of the week and have bread/challah ready for Shabbos. I agree it’s expensive as hell, and not anything special, but I understand it’s a strictly kosher establishment so you’re really paying for that criteria.
