Horrendous customer service. Ordered delivery from this location 6 times so far and had paid for items missing 6 times. They charge 50 cents per a side of dipping sauce. Which I don't mind paying if they actually deliver it. The first few times, I called and said it's fine just refund me for it. However, they're "unable" to do it so they'll add it for free next time I order. So I called after I placed the order via their app and asked them to include it since they wrote it on the notes under my name. You would think they'd remember it this time...nope! Ate my bread bites dry when they're supposed to include marinara sauce at no extra cost. Forget about the "free" sauces they were going to include for their previous mistakes. That and the 10 cents for red pepper flakes they charge but also always forget to deliver. So I didn't order from them for a while since I didn't want to deal with it again. But silly me craved some dominos last night and decided to order from them again and had the genius idea to write a note under delivery instructions to please include the sauces. When the delivery came, we asked the driver if the sauces were in there and no surprise here, the answer was no. So I paid the driver for the food, $2 delivery fee and tip in cash. However, when I called the restaurant and explained the situation, they put me on hold for 6 minutes until I called back and asked to speak to a manager. Apparently there were no managers in house on a busy Sunday night. And when I asked her to speak to someone in charge, I was told that she(Aisha) was the assistant manager, so I explained my situation to her and asked if the items they charged me for were on the way. She then proceeded to yell some incoherent things and put me on hold. Which may as well be a hang up because once they put you on hold, they never get back to you. So I called back and asked for the assistant manager when a male answered the phone. Wasn't surprised when he told me there were no assistant managers. At this point my food was cold and I was so frustrated that I asked for a refund. They offered the next meal on the house instead. Which is absolutely ridiculous because if they couldn't do that for some dipping sauces, how could I expect them to do that with an entire meal. So I asked for a refund because I won't be ordering from them again. Apparently the manager told him that they can't do that. It was ridiculous that the manager himself refused to speak to me. So I walked into the establishment to personally ask for a refund and to speak to the manager. The person at the counter told me that he's in charge. That's when I asked to the assistant manager, Aisha. Thats when she came up to me and denied repeatedly that she wasn't the assistant manager and that I misheard her when she said she would get the assistant manager. Which is a lie as well because there were no assistant managers at this establishment. Then the "person in charge" asked me to sit down while the manager comes back (10-15 minutes). Little did I know that he was waiting for the delivery guy to come back and demand the cash from him. He didn't take it out of the register. I was refunded the money minus some change and tip. Which I was fine with but I still wanted to speak to a manager. This is when I'm told that there was never a manger in house and that they NEVER said that there was a manger there.
This place is run like a joke with no regards to customer service. I only wish that I read the reviews here before ordering from there in the first place. Apparently the manger will call me sometime today. Will update this review if he calls. To be honest, he probably won't. I have zero expectations from this...

Even after all these feedback, I wanted to give them another chance. And to my surprise the store manager was very misinformed and rude. He was asking for my credit card for an order I have placed online through the app. He denied delivery if I wouldn't show my credit card. I asked for store policy to show me where it says I need to show my card, he could not but kept arguing. I need to tell him that I will call corporate if I have to but not going to show my credit card. Then he finally gave me my order. I think they need training as soon as possible.
Very poorly managed franchise. This is the second time in two weeks I have visited there and both the times they missed to prepare part of my orders. I had to wait 15-20 minutes each time which it's completely unacceptable. It's also counterintuitive of ordering online to save waiting time but find that they could not even read your order. I could understand if that was only time but twice in 2 weeks is not acceptable. On top of that they are very unapologetic about the...
