Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in New York

DELIVERY: On Saturday 3/1/2025: I placed my order at 6:54PM. At 7:30PM, I received the text alert update that the delivery guy Mohammed was pulling up now. On the note of delivery instructions I specifically stated “please meet me at door of my building” AND I HAD TIPPED VIA ONLINE 😡. He never did the first time. I called the store twice. My order wasn’t delivered till 8:19PM. I had to make him meet me at the door of my building because I left my keys upstairs and I wasn’t going to get locked out in the cold. He responded on the phone “oh really?” I said yes really and I tipped you online and specifically put on the note to meet me here”. He said okay he’ll meet me at the door. I ordered the 2-Liter Fanta Orange soda, he came with a 2-Liter Minute Maid Lemonade instead. Pissed me off. Only thing wrong with my order. In total, waited a whole hour for my stuff. I was so hungry and tired, I just wanted my stuff to go upstairs so I can eat & go to sleep. He had the audacity to say I didn’t tip him, he was asking for cash. I said “no, I tipped you online 20%. Ask your boss when you get there.” I had to write it down on the receipt & sign it 🙄 cause he wasn’t going to leave me alone. I wanted to just get my stuff & go upstairs. Tip or no tip give us our stuff, follow the delivery instructions and give people what they order if you don’t have it call people and ask them what they want instead. Poor poor customer service. Whenever I order Domino’s in Manhattan when I’m with my family up there…the customer service is so much better, faster, food is better and hot. Do better otherwise lose customers. Having a 2 star rating review...

dominos just lost a good client, me,wy i never order for delivery, I allwas go to Dominos stores, I like to order and eat on the spot, today was the first time ,but when i want to order a food delivery the first thing i ask is ,if you can diliver to this address,and after i finish ordering i ask for the last time ,if u can dilver to my address well the female that took my call said yes,after waiteing for more then a hour ,the person delivering my order calls me and tells me ill be ther in 2 min,but the 2 min turned to half a hour,i call the person and ask her are you close and she tells me ,sir ,im going back to the store ,i ask her wy ,we doint make deliverys to that address, and i ask her wy didnt you call me and tell me that, and she hangs the phone, i call the store ,and ask to talk to the manager,3 times i called and 3 times they hanged the phone on me, All i wanted to hear was sorry for this mistake.by but it never happend. And you now what dominos would not lost a good client like my...

I ordered my food at 7:57pm on Friday, December 8th. My food was delivered around 9:30pm. I ordered a medium buffalo chicken pizza and an 8 piece wings. I received the wings and no pizza. The driver gave me a free cinnamon twist desert and instructed me to call the store. I proceed to call the store 2 separate times to be placed on hold for over 30 minutes. I then proceeded to call the driver twice and he said I he would try to have to store call me when he gets to the store. I called the store after another half hour of waiting. They said that they were waiting for someone to deliver the pizza. It was 11:04pm when I called for a refund. I waited for another 5 minutes on hold before a lady kindly assisted me and gave me a refund. 11:15pm and a delivery person called me. I took the pizza, opened it and the pizza was cold, uncut, burnt, and looked generally unappetizing.
