Today, I ordered a pizza and an order of breadsticks from your location on W 40th st in NYC. When I opened my delivery, I saw that they had brought cinnamon sticks instead of breadsticks. Immediately, I called the number for the store to have them send out the correct item. A guy answered the phone, and I hadn't even gotten my full sentence out of my mouth before he put me on hold. I sat on hold for 3 minutes before hanging up and calling again. I get the same guy and ask him not to put me on hold. This time he allows me to explain the issue before putting me on hold again. So I wait another few minutes before hanging up and calling back. At this point, I'm really frustrated so the call begins with "Do not put me on hold". I again explain the issue, and at this point I just ask for a refund on the breadsticks as I'm over the hassle. Unfortunately, the guy who was manning the phones doesn't speak English very well, so he didn't understand what I was asking for. We went through a back and forth for a few minutes before he placed me on hold AGAIN. I sat on hold for 5 minutes, before calling back to ask for a manager. I was one again placed on hold. So I hung up, called back, and this time the manager answered right away. I explained everything that had just happened, asked for a refund, and he told me to call him back in an hour. UNACCEPTABLE. I stated as much. And he said he'd cancel the order, but didn't answer when I asked if I would be getting an email confirmation. I sincerely doubt I'll be seeing that refund.
At this point, I decided to just call the corporate office, because the people in that franchise clearly have no idea how to help customers. When I spoke to the customer service person at the corporate office, I was essentially told that there was nothing that they could do except request a refund (which I had already done) since it was a franchise store.

Read moreI don’t live near this dominos it was just conveniently on my way home. So I placed the order ahead of time just to pick it up and keep going on my way. This is what I ordered. When I showed I picked up my order, checked it to make sure it was right, and guess what? It wasn’t! The Pineapple and Ham was not thin crust it was hand tossed. Fine I informed them of the mistake and politely asked for a refund. They said they couldn’t that the most they could do was make me the proper pizza. However, it would take about 10 more minutes. I understand that. I placed the order ahead of time to avoid waiting. And given I was tight on time I wasn’t about to wait and when they wouldn’t do much else except apologize and ask I wait I just took the pizza and told them to expect a complaint. Not the first time I order here and it’s usually alright I mean they make you wait a few minutes before attending to you etc. And it’s usually not busy depending on time (the lady claimed they were TOO BUSY and in a rush). Well if you’re in such a rush that you mess up orders maybe someone else who can work under the pressure should be looking at orders and preparing the pie. Plus let me add TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Honestly I read a few reviews before posting mine (I know they can make or break places so I thought it was a mistake like a once in the while thing) and I’m surprised they are still open! They need new management and better customer service.

Read moreIt is better if you actully go to the store other than ordering. The have a stairway for kids to see how they make the pizza. They are friendly people. Most of them are Bengali which I am fine with. And they have a tv screen that shows the name and the status of the pizza. I don't like the crust on other pizzas. But Domino's is soft and fluffy. I like mine with jalapeno they also ask what topping right away. I like this place. But the only cons are there are only a three seated red sofa and families take all of the seats up.

I AM LIKE 10 I ASKED FOR A LARGE PIZZA AND THEY SAID WHAT TOPPINGS AFTER THAT THEY ASK MY NAME.
