Let me preface this by saying I've had bad online experiences with this particular establishment in the past; this, however, is the straw that broke the camel's back. I placed my order at 11:46 PM. The tracker indicated at 12:01 AM that the store manager "Jaimie" had reviewed my order "for perfection". It's now 2:08 AM and I am still without my order. I tried (as I've attempted to in the past) to contact them and stayed on the line for 30 minutes without anyone answering. I'm now all but convinced that my order will never arrive.
I'm sure this comment will receive criticism as just another disgruntled customer, but I've ordered with them in the past (more so out of necessity than volition as I live in a residential area and they are open until 2AM) as aforementioned and have had similar ordeals. If you wish to dine at this establishment, I will discourage you from doing so— at least if you're ordering electronically (do not even try to reach them on the phone as no one will answer). I am generally courteous and like to give most people and businesses leniency and the benefit of the doubt, but a situation such as this is wholly ludicrous. Hence, the merited one star review.

I was left on hold for more than 25 minutes. While still on hold the delivery arrives. I come out to pay for my order and not only was my order cold but also incomplete. I walk in requesting to speak to the manager, whose customer service skills horrified me two seconds into our conversation. While there the phone rang nonstop and no one bothered to pick up. Read moreI had the absolute WORST experience I have ever had with a Domino's. I ordered at 6pm. The first delivery man never rang my doorbell and CLAIMS to have called my phone (which he did not) then returned my pizza to the store. When I called customer service the woman who answered the phone was very rude and continued to talk over me not allowing me to explain my situation. She rudely transferred me to a manager saying "The manager is going to tell you the same thing but hold on" (mind you, I was trying to talk to her and I didn't even ask for a manager at that point) The manager re-placed my order and then the SECOND delivery man GOT LOST and took over an hour to deliver my pizza. It was cold and the ranch dressings I ordered and paid for were not included. On top of that I called to ask that I not be charged for the pizza and was left on hold for over 20 minutes.
