I literally live 2 blocks away from this particular Domino's store, According to their Domino's tracking on their app the order left at 9:57 p.m., and It would arrive at 10:10 p.m. then it changed to 10:20pm. Then again it change to 10:32 p.m., And again to 10:47 p.m., And yet again change to 10:53 p.m.. At this point I called the store had me waiting online before a human answered for 5 minutes. I explained according to their tracker the order left almost an hour ago why is it not here yet. He Only said to me is the driver will be there in 2 minutes that was not true the finally showed up at 11:01. When the order arrived The parmesan bites were burnt I also ordered a medium pizza with 3 toppings 2 toppings were completely missing. The barbecue chicken was cold the Italian sandwich was cold and the bread was burnt on the outside. And I live 2 blocks from this Domino's store. Store on 5th Avenue and 16th street Brooklyn new york. If I was able to give 0 stars to this Domino's door I would. I call the store spoke to the manager his response was I'll give you a refund. No I'm sorry let me try to make it right for you let me resend the order. nothing like that. Don't feel like ever ordering Domino's...
   Read moreDuring lent, every Friday I order a pizza ,I also ordered a garden salad ,spinage stuffed bread. They sent me a chicken ceasor salad. The gps is always off ,tracker said driver outside but he wasn't, I went out 2 or 3 times before the delivery was actually outside, I was told they didn't have any more garden so they gave me chicken ceasor ,I called back to get a different item since I don't eat meat on Friday and the caller said maim I am very busy call me back when you have your order number and hung up on me ,I called back and asked where to find thr order number on the receipt, I was then asked for my phone number which is what the other guy should of had asked for before hanging up on me ,and told me he will bring me something else in a half hour, well its now about 130 ,they never came with a new item and didn't ask me what I would like instead ...I was really disappointed. Will order from papa John's or a regular pizza store next time .not worth paying for something you didn't want and couldn't eat ,and get phone hung up on because they couldn't ask for a...
   Read moreI wish I could give this less than 1 star. Ordered pizza, estimated time 2 hours. That was fine, I assumed it was because it was Saturday. Order placed at 11:22pm. Tracker said the pizza was ready and being reviewed at 11:37pm. Apparently went out the store at 12:45; order tracker said delivered at around 1am but never received it and the store won't answer my call. Been on the automated line and attempting to reach them for 40 minutes at this point. Next step is to dispute the charge and call their corporate line tomorrow. Horrible service and I can't believe the franchise owner allows their store to be run like this.
Edit: My food finally arrived at 1:50, and I have a quick nice chat with the driver who explained the situation of being very understaffed. The workers did their best. The food was barely lukewarm, but it seemed like they only have one driver right now and his car looked to be piled with numerous orders. Management/ownership needs to do better for their employees and their customers. Won't need to dispute the charge but will still reach out...
