My wife and I have been searching for amazing Tacos in Park Slope for a while now. We've had some good, not so good and terrible. So when we happened upon Taqueria Que Onda we were hopeful yet cautious.
However, from the wonderfully friendly staff, clean, lovely interior and patio area, everything was awesome! It would be rude to call Fransisco our server because he made us feel like family, like an old friend who just happened to be there offering suggestions and tastes of family recipes.
Everything was fresh, delicious, and fantastic! The Tacos El Pastor were exquisite, tasty, and rich with authentic flavors. The Chorizo Tacos were just as amazing and so were the special sirloin tacos that were shared with us as a soon to come, not on the menu yet tasting. OMG Delicious! Let's not forget the scrumptious Quesadillas with slow cooked, juicy beef and family recipe dipping sauce! My mouth is watering thinking is now. The Chilaquiles were delicious and the chicken was seasoned to perfection.
I would be remiss if I didn't mention the expertly created sauces! OMG the Pineapple was magical on the pallet. All of their sauces will have you asking them to bottle some up to take home.

Read moreWhen I came in order, the staff was so welcoming and accommodating. They were able to prepare a torta sandwich with egg even though is not in the menu, and for a low price. Ty you for that! The torta however didn’t taste right imo only because I feel like it needed more ingredients. I think they should consider adding beans, jalapeños lettuce, and perhaps change the guacamole to avocado only. I felt like i was eating a guacamole sandwich unfortunately. These are just...
