Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in New York

I just placed an order and left SPECIFIC instructions for the driver to ring the bell, because I have children in the house so I can not leave. When the drivers calls I tell him that he needs to ring the bell, but he refuses. I have to go back and forth with him for nearly five minutes about him coming up. He insists that he can not find parking, but when I look outside he could have double parked ran out and been back within a matter of moments. After he hangs up on me he shows up with the pizza. I call the store and ask to speak with the manager, and the person who answers states he is the manager Ahmed or something like that. I tell him what happened and he tells me that the driver is NEVER supposed to go to the door, that the customer must come downstairs. Where does it say that on the website? The "manager" also claims that he is the owner of this location. When I tell him that I did not enjoy the experience I had and that I will not order from this location again he hangs up. Currently pregnant, I ordered online for delivery and I was planning on tipping. The delivery driver doesn't drop my order to the door and has me come in the middle of the street while it's raining while he stays in the car ( meanwhile he's double parked ). I then get my order and it's undercooked and I had additionally ordered a chicken caesar salad. I was provided with a garden salad instead of the salad I ordered. If I was called saying the salad I wanted was out of stock I would've simply opted for a refund. I then call the restaurant and the manager gives me an option to switch out the food which I take. It's nearing almost an hour later and the restaurant closes at 2, it's 1:53 and still no food. I then call asking for a refund simply, it's late and im tired and pregnant. He tells me the driver is on the way and is 5 mins away ( he was not ) at this point I dont want the food anymore. I then say I dont want it anymore and would like a refund and the manager hangs up on me. At 2 the food comes and I switch it out and the pizza i received was BURNT. Called back and nobody wants to answer as the restaraunt...

This location has horrible service. It is located a short walk from my home and because we consistently get our pizza delivered cold, we decided to try the carry out service. Many times our order wasn’t ready after waiting the allotted time (we don’t even go to the store until after we are notified that the food was ready). Arriving at dominos well after they told you your order is ready, only to learn that it was never prepared. That’s frustrating. What makes things worse is being lied to. The employee looks in my face and tells me my order isn’t ready yet.... there’s no food in the oven. The people that work there have horrible interpersonal communication skills. On different occasions I have had a finger thrown in my face and told to wait. This time the man yelled at me. I left the store with out saying anything further and without my order. I have made attempts in the past to bring this to dominos attention. Why are individuals like this allowed to own or even operate a dominos franchise, is no one concerned about the image being portrayed? -a hungry...
