BETTER THAN CHIPOTLE !!!!!!! First of all, the food is flavorful and cooked to perfection. The chips and guacamole are made fresh daily and itâs evident from the first bite. They authentically taste like the classic Mexican combo (of guac and chips). The steak, chicken, and pork are masterfully seasoned and cooked to perfection. Honestly, youâll have a hard time choosing between the three once youâve tried them all. I prefer the delicious rice, but Dos Toros also offers a healthier option of farro for those who would prefer it. Secondly, the service was astonishing. The first staff member on the line greeted me with a warm welcome. They spoke loudly and pronounced their words very clearly to ensure I heard them. They took the first part of my order flawlessly and made sure to listen to instructions carefully. This person even went as far as allowing me to call them âJuJuâ which gave off a friendly vibe and made the atmosphere a positive one. When it was time for the second part of my order to be completed, Juju passed the bowl to his colleague and together, they seamlessly completed my order. I was then swiftly charged at the cash register. The cashier wished me well and handed me the food with a huge smile and nothing but positive energy. The whole transaction was so smooth, I almost thought only person took care of me. THIS STAFF IS IMPECCABLE!!!! Thank you to JuJu and the rest of the Dos Toros staff for making some of the best food this airport has to offer and thank yâall for makin my day with your positive attitudes. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! 10 OUT...
Read moreHad a bowl here from Dos toros before leaving on my flight on Labor Day weekend, I got to say, it's just like chipotle, but the employees are incredibly rude. They quite literally skip over some of the vegetables and options and go straight to the sauce, and when we ask for the corn and onions, the employee gets frustrated at us for ignoring her about the sauce. First of all, you ignored us about all the other options. They really just want to go as fast as possible and make it as least worth as possible by skipping out on all the things you can get. Basically, they only ask for sauce and meat and rice. If you want vegetables, sour cream, other stuff what not you have to literally ask them to stop and do it and they seem so frustrated. Well at least one of the employees, some of the other ones are fine. Overall, the food was ok for before a flight, and a typical chipotle bowl that tastes pretty decent as a more American style dish. The leafy vegetables (lettuce) however are old, brown, and wilting but the meat and everything else is good. Food is ok, employee service needs work. Plus, it was kind of overpriced for the food, 11-15 dollars vs the...
Read moreI stopped by Dos Toros and ordered a carnitas burrito bowl, and it was definitely the best value on the menu. The portion was generous, and the staff didnât skimp on any of the ingredients, which I really appreciated. The carnitas had great flavorâwell-seasoned, tender, and not dry at all. The rice was also really good, cooked well and not just filler like some places tend to do.
My friends each ordered a taco, and while they enjoyed them, the portion size difference was pretty noticeable compared to my bowl. If youâre hungry, Iâd definitely recommend going for something bigger.
The food overall was delicious, and I was especially impressed that the spicy sauce actually had heat to it. It wasnât just labeled âspicyâ with no kickâit delivered. If I ever find myself in this terminal again, Dos Toros will be...
