On Tuesday, August 12th, at approximately 4:50 PM, I experienced unacceptable customer service at Dos Toros (for location see attached picture for reference).
I waited about seven minutes to be serviced. The manager on duty chose to serve another customer instead. I didn’t say anything at first, but after she finished with that customer, she completely ignored me and did not offer any assistance.
Before leaving, I confirmed that she was indeed the manager. When I stated that she skipped me, she denied it. I pointed out that after she finished helping the other customer, she still did not come over to assist me. She then claimed she “doesn’t work the line,” but quickly recanted and said she does, although it’s “the young man’s job right now.”
I left the store rather than escalate the situation further, but I want to make it clear that this behavior is unacceptable—especially from a manager. Proper customer service training is needed for the manager who was on shift at this time.

I mean the quantity is so unique that you won't even know where the meat is and that is the best part. You will have to scrounge for your meat in between your food. It's the best adventure you will go on.
