If I could give 0 stars I definitely would. I went here yesterday and I ordered two caramel lattes LARGE and my friend ordered a refresca on the self order machine since one worker was taking awhile with another customer. The place was completely empty except for us and the one other customer. We waited for almost 10 minutes before any of the workers even looked at us or started making any of the drinks. One of them was just in the back and the other was just walking around with no sense of urgency to make our order. When she saw me looking at her she asked if I ordered something… I told her yes. We ordered two lattes and a refresca over 10 minutes ago. Only then did she walk to the machine with the order receipt that was next to her the whole time to check. She goes to the back to have another girl make the drinks and I heard when she came out and told the guy in front something and he just said “give her two small cups” so I waited for the drink now going on now 20 minutes and my movie was starting soon at AMC. She said she didn’t have the right cover for my cup to add the whipped cream I paid for. So she put barely any and gave me a flat top. She hands me two little cups and I asked her if that’s the large size because I ordered a large and these cups were so small and she looked at me with an attitude and said yeah and turns her back to me. I reminded her that my friend also ordered a refresca and never got it either. When we get all three drinks, my LARGE lattes were the same size as his SMALL refresca and he had the cover she told me they didn’t have for whipped cream and she just lied to me after I said I paid for a large. Not only was this a waste of time and horrible service but the drinks were disgusting for something that took over 20 minutes. My niece was so disappointed in how gross the drink tasted and had we not now been late for our movie, I would’ve went back inside...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of visiting this charming donut shop, and I must say, it was an absolute delight. The moment I walked in, the aroma of freshly baked donuts filled the air, and I knew I was in for a treat.
The donuts here are simply out of this world. They are always fresh, and every bite is a burst of flavor that sends your taste buds on a joyous journey. From classic glazed to creative and unique flavors, this place has it all. Each donut is like a work of art, and they taste even better than they look.
And let's not forget about the coffee! It's clear that the owners take just as much pride in their coffee as they do in their donuts. It's rich, robust, and the perfect complement to those delectable pastries. The freshness of the coffee really adds to the overall experience.
But what truly sets this place apart is the kindness of the owners. They genuinely care about their customers and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Whether it's a warm greeting when you walk in or a friendly chat while you enjoy your treats, their hospitality is second to none.
In a world where good customer service can be hard to come by, this donut shop is a shining example of how it should be done. If you're in search of the best tasting donuts, fresh coffee, and a welcoming atmosphere, look no further. This place has it all, and I can't recommend it enough. It's not just a donut shop; it's an experience that will leave you...
Read moreI ordered a dozen donuts online Sunday while I was in the store. Figured it was easier to do and choose my options for each donut directly on my phone. The store never got my order. I waited like 15 mins and it never came thru. The workers I asked said that orders come thru at different times. I am out $46 and working almost 2 days with their social media manager to get me a credit. No rush on corporate's end to appease me all while they have my money. No rush on the store's end to do anything for me. I feel like I was robbed cause money disappeared from me without goods I wanted.
While I was there, I tried to get my donuts anyway and wanted to pay for a 2nd order at the register. I figured I could always get the refund on the first order (which has not been so easy as you can see above). Most of my donuts were meant to be jelly filled as my Mom loves jelly donuts and I wanted to surprise her. The worker, who was nice, said they ran out of jelly. Not her fault, but how does the store run out of jelly as a donut shop, especially when jelly being put in any donut is being advertised as this new delicious option. I walked out after being told that cause that is what I had come in for. Disappointment Times 2.
*I got a credit for the above on 8/16 in the evening. It still took over 2 days to be handled. To be fair, I wanted to updated this...
