Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

I visited this location with hopes of buying donuts, munchkins, iced tea and iced coffee. I was unsuccessful and extremely dissatisfied.

Upon arrival 3 men were sitting inside (Against NYC dine-in rules) conversing with no masks on.

@5:35pm ,this location had no donuts or munchkins available. When I questioned what the reason was for not having any, the sales associate responded “we ran out”. When I asked if they would be restocking soon, she replied “ no, we close at 8”.

I can’t seem to understand why a store named Dunkin’ Donuts Would be out of Donuts. Furthermore, why would they not restock with more than 2hrs left before closing and why would they allow people to sit inside (without masks)  when it’s a violation.

While in the store 2 additional customers entered, expressed their anger that no donuts were available, and left.

In the past my family and I have enjoyed Dunkin’ Donuts. This is not what I expected and I am particularly unhappy about this experience. I am disappointed. I would normally choose Dunkin’ Donuts over Starbucks, up until this...

I much enjoyed this Dunkin Donuts.

I encountered it while walking NYC, and this DD location proved to be the perfect spot for my lunch. Overlooking the prominent and busy Eastern Parkway, it is the only NYC Dunkin Donuts I saw with a patio and benches, etc -- which are a necessary requirement for me when dining al fresco, so I was both surprised and elated to make such a discovery. After purchasing some cold-brew coffee, which was served quickly by friendly employees, I lunched out on that unexpected patio and watched NYC pass by, sipping coffee and reading a good book and feeling like a king. Marvelous!

My only complaint: no free refills on cold-brew coffee here! Perhaps this is only in NYC DDs, but in all other locations I've gone to, the cold-brew refills have been free. Strange. Hence the four-star rating (though, the paid refill failed at ruining my oddly wonderful luncheon).

The drinks were horrible and the server took forever to make them..she kept adding water to my drink and got mad when I asked how long my drink would take because I did a mobile order ahead of time and the place was completely empty…so she didn’t even bother to full my cups…ok I did not complain but when I tasted it i could not drink it because it was tasteless and water down…so I went back in to return the drink and the manager was very rude and did not want to change the drink she grabbed the drinks and threw them in the trash with a rage…made me fresh drinks then angrily slammed the straws in the counter and turned her back and said have a nice day…I will never spend my money at this Dunkin’ Donuts anymore..and I will also make sure to tell my friends and family so not go there…upper management you guys need to do better and find some better workers with better customer service skills because these workers are not doing anything justice...
