So when this spot first opened their food was good. I would usually get wings and Mac balls. I returned here a few weeks ago and decided to try something new. Wrong mistake! NEVER go to a WING spot for anything other than wings. That was my first mistake! I decided to get Jerk chicken with rasta pasta. I didn't know what to expect but I didn't expect to buy that. It was so GARBAGE. First of all I dont know who taught them how to make pasta but whatever. I was soooo hungry felt like I was going to pass out so I had to force myself to eat it. Then they put jerk sauce ALL over the food. Its not like a little sauce. Its like Jerk chicken and Jerk pasta. The pasta was DRENCHED with jerk sauce and I did NOT request it. It tasted like a gentrified version of jerk sauce. It wasn't spicy just like sweet and a weird flavor. For the price of this meal its not good nor enjoyable. No reason for the pasta to be drenched with sauce plus it already has heavy cream so that didn't help. It was like eating pasta soup! The mac & cheese balls also taste weird. It's not good like how it once was. Taste like maybe its pre packaged frozen and just got heated up in a microwave. The food quality went down on this place. BUT on the plus side that Mango Lemonade is IT!!! That's the BEST thing on the menu to me as of right now. They should stick to wings, burgers, fries etc etc not west indian food because it doesn't taste good and it isn't their thing. I don't usually write reviews and I really wanted to like this place, but they failed me both times so I felt compelled. I ordered food from here when they first opened years ago because they were near where I lived. The menu was enticing with a lot of options I was excited to try but the food was majorly oversalted and made eating it unpleasant. The order also took a long time considering they were new so they still had minimal foot traffic. For the price I felt like it was a let down so I didn't order again.

Years later they have a bunch of positive reviews on Google and food apps so I thought I would give it another try, maybe my first experience was a fluke. I was wrong. This food is still overly salty (practically straight up brine), they still took FOREVER to complete the order (I mean like an hr plus for 10 wings, calamari, and fries), and it is STILL overpriced for what you get ($10 for tiny shriveled pieces of calamari that are either mostly batter or stringy). The Food Is Good Don’t Get Me Wrong, But For A Black Owned Business I Would Expect Them To Be Very Understanding. I Ordered Food For Myself, My Mother & Brother. I Went To Pick It Up . . For One They Put Everything In One BROWN PAPER Bag Which Had A Rip In It So They Doubled The Bag Which Also Had A Rip In It. I Get Outside I Start Walking A Block Over Next Thing You Know My Bag Is Ripping & All My Food Is On The Floor. So I Call Back & Tell Them The Situation & Ask If The Order Can Be Remade Or At Least A Refund. They Told Me They Can’t Do That Just Because I Dropped The Food On The Floor.
