Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

I normally don’t go out of my way to leave a review, but my last interaction warranted one.

I was the 3rd person in line and it took the manager approximately 10 mins to ring the two up ahead of me. In that time I attempted to put in a mobile order but it didn’t seem to go through. When I finally got to the register, I put in my order which was an iced americano, two cream two sugar. I went to pay and noticed on my phone that I was charged for the mobile order. I tell the guy(manager) who was taking my order if he could look to see if it’s in the que as well as explaining what caused/happened. He finds it and says to me in a snide tone “Next time ask me first before you place an order!”. I’m like it’s not that deep, it’s just coffee, and proceeds to argue with me while he has other customers on line still. I tell him look I’m not coming back. He said “that’s fine, we’re always full.” I said “at this rate not for long!” Eventually another customer who’s online said “man you gon continue arguing or you gonna come take our orders?!”…and he continues going off.

My advice to anyone that reads reviews before patronizing a store…this is...

I ordered a Caramel Iced Coffee on this night of Tuesday January 7th 2025 around 6:35pm before closing time. I could have sworn i heard the worker who seemed to be working alone sneeze, then I went to the other side of the counter to watch him make my coffee, I seen him previously wiping running snot on his wrist, I got such a gross feeling but I knew I desperately ordered this coffee to help with my migraine headache, it wasn't sweet enough, I watched him add more syrup to it, he seemed irritated by me, not sure but I felt a cold vibe that wasn't genuine when I first walked in. I don't recommend this store location at all. My advice is always use your judgment wisely when you order from anywhere cause even McDonald's or any restaurant or establishment the people taking your order may not like you and may have a special sauce waiting to be used that all the workers spit and sneeze in and you didn't even doing nothing wrong, it's just them. ...

Man at the counter was very rude. I came in to purchase a large cup of ice.. Im 8 months pregnant and Love chewing on ice oll of a sudden.. anyway. After I PAID for my large cup of ice..the man at the register... who im assuming is the manager ask me why i didnt buy ice from next door.. because he noticed i had purchased a soda from next door.. He proceeds to yell at my visibly pregnant self saying that this would be the last time he would sell me ice and feom today no more. Whattt the hell did i do.
