Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

Review in 2022: Closed by the time I went today but drinks and donuts were always low quality whenever I went. Drinks would taste weird and the donuts would seem smaller or have less filling than other dunkins... Wish BJs would switch to something else.

Update 2025: much better today. Got a frozen matcha latte, along with a Boston creme donut, and sausage egg and cheese on a bagel. Everything was perfect. 10/10. Good portions. Tasted great. The one woman working here was amazing. Extremely kind, considerate, and timely. Having people like her behind the counter makes the biggest difference...

After 5 minutes waiting for someone to take my order a staff member asked me to wait 10 more minutes because he was "in his lunch time". After 10 minutes waiting for him he served to another customer before me. I wanted to use my DD card but he said I wasn't possible I wanted to cancel my order but he started yelling at me and saying that I couldn't cancel...

The guy who was working, Noman or whatever his name is, was super disrespectful and rude for absolutely no reason. I asked him to put the food in two separate bags, and he was giving me a hard time about it...
