DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS ESTABLISHMENT UNLESS YOU LIKE DISRESPECT AND BEING DISMISSED. My son ordered a caramel Macchiatto with almond milk because I am lactose intolerant and him a small decaf french vanilla coffee. This same male worker that refused to give his name and does not wear a name tag gave him a completely different order a md original latter with reg milk. I came in very politely and told Julia at the register that my son was given the wrong order because mistakes can happen and showed my receipt. This long faced man that I have had to speak to before about the way he communicates came from out of nowhere behind the counter and gets loud saying he asked me which one and I took that one. He repeatedly told me I chose the wrong one. I said sir what are you talking about I never even came in the store. My son came in and purchase these I only came in to correct the order. He got loud saying I picked the wrong one out of his hand after me telling him I was never even in the store. Julia at the register continued to brush me off saying ok ok take the order and just go. I said look do not be dismissive with me and let me speak to the manager. The long faced man who I still wasn't addressing says there is no manager here! There is the problem, the ppl who are running the store cannot even understand English and do not like to be corrected. This is a very poorly ran establishment and I definitely will be spreading the word in the community about how nasty these workers are. The manager needs to review there cameras if they have and see the disgusting behavior of his employees. I would give this place zero stars if I could, the long face guy that works here always messes up orders, always has an attitude and argues with anyone that corrects him. This establishment is not kid-friendly and Julia the only one that seems to understand minimal English brushes you off to get the situation out the stores. They have gotten my money for...
Read moreI came to this location around 10:30 PM planning to order two of the $6 meal deals and some drinks. The woman at the register told me the oven wasn’t working, but it felt more like she didn’t want to prepare anything or deal with cleanup that late. It honestly came across as laziness more than a real issue.
While I stood there quietly deciding what to get instead, the male employee next to her started talking about me in Bengali. What they clearly didn’t realize is that I’m Bengali too. He said something along the lines of “we already told her the oven isn’t working and she’s still standing there,” then laughed with the woman. They were implying I was shameless or somehow wrong for just standing there trying to figure out what to order as if Dunkin Donuts is not a restaurant where people go to order food ??
I confronted him and he apologized, but the woman denied it and gave me visible attitude insinuating I just wanted to argue. The way they both laughed and spoke about me while I was right in front of them was incredibly disrespectful.
I won’t be returning. The staff clearly didn’t want to do their jobs and are lazy, and on top of that, they felt comfortable mocking a customer in a language they assumed I wouldn’t understand. That kind of behavior is unacceptable in any...
