I had a very bad experience here today because of a rude and dishonest employee. I ordered a ham & egg with English muffin without cheese, hash browns and a medium size coffee. When I waited my order, I saw that the employee pulled out a white cheese on the top of egg. So I believed that employee fulfilled my order. However, later sitting down to eat, I found that the other melted yellow cheese was already included in the bottom. That means that when she packed my order, she realized her mistake and pulled out the cheese on the top but left the other cheese already melted on the bottom and gave it to me instead of telling me her mistake and making it again. She deceived me. So I told her that cheese was included. I didn't yell, I didn't say anything bad, I just pointed out her mistake and deception in a quiet voice. She rather annoyed me with her red face and aggressively said: "Okay, I'll make again!!". However, another customer who doesn't know the specific situation said "Be patient, she's nice". She sided with the employee unconditionally without knowing exactly what was going on. Then the employee said; "Yeah, they (customers) don't have a patience." I was angry at that point. I said to the employee, "I am patient. I just told you that you included cheese". And then I returned the muffin. The employee said to me "Okay have a nice day!". So I put the coffee in the trash, left the hash browns on the table and quietly exited the store. The employee has a very bad attitude and I received a horrible service without doing...

Few times in my life have I had or seen such horrible customer service - and I have worked many years of my life in customer service. The guy was so MEAN, and honestly his level of snark and apathy was off the charts. It's unfortunate that people have to start the day off talking to that guy, but especially if they have a problem with their order. The whole thing would have been 90% better if he was polite, but once he began a whole litany of mendacity while trying to ignore me ("if I ignore her, she'll feel awkward and go away!"), I realized it was pointless. This is the guy who was working at 8:35am on 12/30/24. I suggest he tries a different field of employment where he doesn't have to deal with customers. When I told him that a D&D a few blocks away was very helpful with similar issues, he told me to go there instead. So..I will...and I recommend you do too.

Therefore: Instead of this location on Union, you should get your coffee and donuts at the wonderful Duncan on Northern and 147th, eight blocks away. I recommend people go there instead. It's large and, more importantly, the people are kind, friendly, and happy to resolve issues. And please don't just take my word for it. Ask the folks at the Union D&D store who would rather not help you!

omg i wait to much to say something about here . this is a bad store for sure this store always i come to find the delicious fresh bake they can cook here but instead all i found is a one employee with bad acctitude of i will not cook nothing sr. this sound like than you inside there is not wishing my donuts but istead is stearing wheels to bad actitude and provoke costumer get angry at this place MISSING . FRESH DONUTS FOR CONSUMER FRESH BAKED ON PLACE #1 REASON FOR CONSUMER BUY HERE. THEY COOK IT BUT THE EMPLOYEE DONT WAN TO DO THE JOB ALWAYS MISSING DONUTOS EMPTY TRAYDONUTS . WHERE THE DONUTS GO . WHY THEY KEEP OPEN THE STORE IF YOU NOT GONA DO COOKING DONUTS AND MAITAIN THE BUSSNESS IN CONDITION OPEN AND HEALTHY FOR PUBLIC . I CAN REQUEST A FULL 2 BOX OF FRENCH CRULLERS AND BE HAPPY GIVING THIS DONUTS TO ANY BODDY BUT ACTITUDE OVER CLIENTS UNACEPTABLE LUKY EMPLOYEE NO ONE START HATE IN STORE THIS DAYS ARE CRAZY . THE INDIANS COMUNITY IS JUST DESTROYING THEIR OWN COMMUNITY ON ANY BUSSINNES SO SAD NO ONE THIS DAY WAN TO GIVE FRESH CZ IS HARD TO TIMES. EMPTY EMPY NO OPTIONS TO BUY BAD ACTITUDE TO MAKE COFEE. SR.
