It was one of my most awful stays in the US. The room was extremely small with a very uncomfortable double bed for two people although we booked it as a queen bed. It was such an uncomfortable mattress that I woke up a couple times during the night. There was a very small window with a terrible view (a place with a lot of various kinds of trash). there was no refrigerator or microwave in the room. instead, there was a public dirty refrigerator in the basement with a lot of different items from long time ago. That room was so messy too. The hotel is located in a very busy neighborhood with a lot if traffic during the night which made it very uncomfortable due to a lot of noise. Also, there was no lobby; just a very small corridor for entrance with a person for check-in. They don’t provide any type of service. All in all, my worst experience.

Avoid this hotel at all costs. Both the booking and checkout pages clearly displayed a total of $88, but I was actually charged $227. I made the reservation through Expedia, and after realizing the discrepancy, I called customer service only to be told the booking was non-refundable. It seems like their strategy is to scam as many people as possible. The customer service even claimed that the "inventory price" had changed, but how does the checkout page show $88 while the payment goes through at $227? This feels like outright fraud. This experience taught me never to fall for deals that seem too good to be true. Truly disgusting.

The wallpaper in our room was chipped, our floor and walls were dirty, our bathroom was dirty. We had to wait until the 2nd night to get a cleaner room. We also had to ask for room service to clean our bathroom. Also, it’s been about a month and i still haven’t received my security deposit.

Definitely do not recommend this hotel, don't waste your money! This area is very rundown and far from the subway station! Don’t let the pictures on the Internet mislead you! The room is very very small! We stayed at this hotel for one night on August 25th. We booked a two-bed room one day in advance, The room we booked was US$178 plus tax, which is almost US$200 per night. and we arrived at the hotel at 2 pm. There were definitely many empty rooms at that time. In other words, this hotel did not Not many people live there! But the waitress at the front desk was very unfriendly. She deliberately put the two of us in a room with only one bed! It was a very small double bed room on the top floor near the entrance of the corridor. You could hear the sound of cars on the highway all night outside the window. Also that day I found that only two of us girls lived there on the 5th floor. The other rooms were all Empty and unoccupied! The whole floor is very dark at night and has a scary atmosphere! In other words, the waitress deliberately refused to give us a twin room! She deliberately put us in the last room on the unoccupied top floor! I even heard someone opening our doorknob in the middle of the night! Very unsafe! I really don't understand why this hotel charges such a high price? Why would the boss use such a person who is full of malice towards customers! She is not suitable for the...

The hotel's explanation below is insincere, she is mocking all the guests who stay at this hotel because they cannot afford to stay at other hotels in New York City! But even in Flushing, there are many hotels that are much better than this one. There are many hotels to choose from around this hotel. In fact, the price difference is not big! Don't stay here, it's not worth it! This hotel believes that all mistakes are the customer's fault! So you can see how they treat their customers! On the afternoon of 8/25, the woman at the front desk of this hotel did not abide by the hotel's principle of integrity and changed the room with two beds that the mother and daughter had booked a day in advance into a small room at the end of the top floor. Single bed room, she treated customers with indifference, no explanation! I think she did it on purpose because we have different skin colors! Rude and dishonest waitress! I believe some of the four-star and five-star reviews were written by their employees, relatives and friends themselves. Can you explain this dishonest behavior by your hotel? Do you also believe in karma and dare...

This hotel is absolutely AWFUL. We wanted to stay closer to the LGA airport since our flight from NYC was canceled. That was a mistake! I'm not sure who is leaving 4 and 5 star reviews, but this place is nothing more than a flop house. When we checked in at 8pm, 2 people were checking out, which is an odd time to check out right? Because THEY RENT BY THE HOUR. We had already paid so we were stuck. Then we heard the desk say that people live there? Yikes! THEN the rooms were disgusting. Litter all over the floor and walls and headboard. To top it off, the clientele coming in were wide awake and fighting at 6am when we scrambled out to our flight. My skin was crawling and I was certain a door would swing open in the hallway as a psycho came to attack. I do not recommend this place whatsoever unless you are the type of person to subject yourself to such...
