Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

Ever since the renovation getting what you ordered has been downhill. Been visiting this location for awhile but since the renovation when you order your coffee you never get it how you ordered it even thou the receipt has how I ordered it. The first time after renovation I ordered a medium coffee 4 milk 4 sugar, I always ask for milk everywhere because I cannot have cream, what I got was a container full of cream and barely any coffee. I was so angry that I made the mistake of throwing it out instead of taking a picture since I had already left and was no longer near the area. The second was last week I ordered a large coffee 4 milk and 6 sugars and an old fashion, I make it very clear I want milk and informed what happened the last time, the cashier apologized and put in the order. Another lady prepares the coffee. When I get the coffee this time I make sure I verify and again cream was added and instead of an old fashion I get a glazed donut. I return the coffee and get it back with milk but no sugar. I decide today to give it one more chance I order a large coffee 4 milk 6 sugars and again I get cream no sugar. Obviously the renovation has affected how orders are prepared. For people with Food Allergies be very careful in this location, I'm not allergic to cream but it does affect me. If they can't get or understand the difference between milk and cream this location has a serious problem. I personally never...

The 2 females working there this afternoon need to be retrained. I observed the employee restocking the white dunkin cups and dropped one on the floor, she and another older lady who appears to be a manager or supervisor both glanced at me before picking up the cup and placing it on the COUNTER, the older employee whispered something to her as she was making my drink, the younger female then takes the cup from the counter and inserts it back into the cup holder as if it never touched the floor and walked away. I stopped her before she got any further and asked her if she placed the cup back instead of throwing it out. The older lady tried to act suprise and made her throw it out, then whispers something else to her. After the other lady finished my order I asked for a receipt, they said they weren't able to reprint it and even tried to give me a receipt that they crumbled up and threw...

Every Friday morning, my son and I share a little tradition—breakfast at Dunkin’ before I drop him off at school. It’s become more than just a meal. It’s our moment to reflect, talk about life, and connect before the day begins.

I usually order the turkey sausage, egg, and cheese on a croissant with a French vanilla coffee (with vanilla swirl), while he enjoys the bacon, egg, and cheese on a toasted croissant and a Dunkin’ Refresher. We often split an order of the potato tots, which are always a hit.

While the service is usually friendly and the food hits the spot, there are occasional inconsistencies that keep me from giving a full five stars. That said, it’s the experience—the warm routine and the bonding over breakfast—that keeps us coming back.
