Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

the people who works at day time, i found them fine. today is 08/05/2017, I went there at 2.00 am, ordered a large tropical mango smoothie via drive-through, the guy asked me 3 times about the size over the order placing station and asked me if I want milk and sugar, i got confused and repeated my order again. Then I came to the window, he said " medium, right?" I replied " Large". He closed the window and came back after a minute, saying " you want mango? " I was really pissed of that time and I said yes. He took money and gave me receipt and the smoothie, as the car behind me was waiting for long I came out of the drive way. Took a sip of the smoothie, I was strawberry-Banana. Looked at receipt, it was strawberry-banana there too !! I was like WTH !! So I went back there, rather than saying sorry or anything, He said " You didnt tell without banana". I said " I didnt ask for banana or strawberry, why would I say without banana?" He wasnt sorry at all, giving me excuses over excuses, his english was really bad I really didnt get some of his talking. At a point my he started using " F " words and I lost my appetite to talk with him and asked him to give my $7.07 back. After getiing the money, I left the place. Please Dont put this type of uneducated people at drive-though, we go there after a long day, not to pay...

Sabrina is by far the rudest employee of Dunkin’ donuts company nationwide. I cringe when I have to come and get coffee when she is working. The first time I came here she yelled at me at the top of her lungs in such a rude way that I was frightened. All because I could not hear what she was saying through her mask and the thick glass between us. When I got my coffee I told her that her customer service needed serious improvement or she needed to find someplace else to work where she isn’t having to be rude and nasty. After this I tried to not to get coffee from Dunkin’ and go somewhere else. I really enjoy Dunkin’ Donuts coffee so I came back and though she didn’t yell she would be uncomfortably rude rolling her eyes and smacking her lips at everyone who didn’t order at the speed of lightening. She refuses to get my order right and LIES about what they have even tho I see what I want RIGHT behind the counter in plain sight!!!! I am done with this place I can’t believe that she is allowed to work anywhere and treat people that way. It’s so very unpleasant and...

Walked in for decaf coffee,ordered than watched a girl pour from black top container(regular coffee),on top there was an range top container of coffee (decaf,full)so I stopped her and told her no I just asked for decaf, she than proceeds to tell me that it is decaf coffee in the regular container and the top container has mixed coffee instead of decaf.....?!?! What?! Any who,none makes any sense yet she already charged me and proceeds to pour second cup claiming it's all decaf,I took them and told her I trust her but let's be honest it's a lie , she and I both knew it ! Also see attached pic of their latte section ,not only unsanitary but the milk sat there for more than 30 minutes and opened, plus the mess on the floor ,counter and etc is something one has to see in person to truly be mesmerized (in the worst possible way that is !) Anyways, be careful and keep your eyes open...
