Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

First and last time coming to this Dunkin because of this light skinned short Indian woman named Sarah. She was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. Her whole attitude and facial expressions made it clear she didn’t want to help customers. I ordered a matcha latte that was basically a cup of milk. When I asked if it was supposed to be that light, she snapped “yes” with a nasty attitude. After tasting it and asking for another scoop of matcha, she rolled her eyes and looked at me like I was a problem for simply wanting what I paid for.

The guy working there was polite and respectful, which made Sarah’s behavior stand out even more. I usually go to the Dunkin on 108th & Broadway where the staff are friendly and welcoming. This was my first time at this location, and it’ll definitely be my last unless they seriously address their...

Every single time I come to this Dunkin’ Donuts they mess up a simple order... A bagel. Every single time, and I’ve been going pretty often because of the convenience, but they always end up giving me the type of bagels I do not ask for.

And what’s frustrating about it is they give ME attitude and throw my bag on the counter, demonstrate poor customer service and dismiss me when I correct them about THEIR mistake.

I will say the first time this happened they were very nice about it. But now I guess they realize it’s a bit foolish to have the same mistake made so often from the same customer. Just as well it would be foolish for me to continue returning to this place and ordering. Convenience or not, I won’t...

There is no bathroom. There are no seats. It's just a big room where you can order something and then leave. They could have outdoor seating overlooking the park. But they just want to sell you something and have you leave immediately. And all that would be fine except the food was very bad. It was so bad I will never order from there again. I don't think I could make a breakfast sandwich taste so bland if I tried. I even gave them the solution, I asked for butter on the bread, but it was so lacking in taste I almost skipped lunch. And when I asked them to use my reusable cup they said no they can't. So they are forcing everyone to pollute with plastic. Shame on you dunkin' donuts. My advice find an independent...
