This Dunkin is the most trifling Dunkin I’ve had the displeasure to set foot in all my life and I will never come back here. Incredibly slow, inefficient, and inattentive workers here. They would rather talk with each other and move at a glacial pace than staff appropriately and keep it moving. Two people and I walked out without ordering because they were taking so long.
They never have many things that are supposed to be on the menu, refuse to make decaf coffee at any time of day because they don’t want to clean the extra pots and machines, continually have trash and wrappers all over the floor and pickup area, and never fail to give you attitude if you bring any of these issues. They also give you issues with getting a refund when you place a mobile order and they don’t have what they’re supposed to; the latest time I went and they didn’t have my packaged coffee they refused to refund it in the store saying “the manager is on vacation” even though the store was open, someone had to have keys and knowledge to count registers at the end of shifts, and franchisees are required to process refunds to gift cards. The associate even tried to withhold my receipt so I couldn’t get the survey code to call corporate. Since calls to their franchise headquarters, the DEC group, have gone unanswered and the refund I was promised by Dunkin Customer Support has not materialized, I just opened up a dispute with my bank and they dealt with the liars at this store and got me a full refund. Read moreI’ve tried to report the nasty attitude and bad behaviors and they just get worse the staff rolls their eyes when they saw me today because I complained about the treatment I had received. Today I made my order and the guy told me that it would taste bad and I should not order that. I told him I’m paying for it so just give me what I asked for please. When I went to pick it up the lady asked me my order I confirmed it. When I looked at the cup it had a different order on it when I told her she asked me “ so why would you take it? What you want me to do?” So I asked her name and she replied “why should I give you my name?” I got irritated and asked the worker at the register what his co workers name was he refused to give it to me as well and told me wait and asked the manager but he had never called for the manager. I had to start to call out for the manager for him to come. Now he comes and I’m explaining what’s happening and asking for their names and he is also declining to tell me. When he finally does tell me I look at my receipt and it’s a totally different name on the receipt. Normally, i do not post bad reviews but I feel like it is time to do so when a location consistently has the same issue over and over again. Today I come in to get a butter pecan iced coffee. They don't have it. Okay, Hazlenut iced latte. We're out of Hazlenut. Okay fine Caramel. I mean come on. It is a Dunkin Donuts. How hard is it to have coffee flavors available? This happens each time I go here. Half the time I will take extra time to walk to another location because I know my chances of having to buy something I don't want will occur at this location.
