Worse Taco Bell i have been to ever. I asked for Chicken Burrito Supreme with No Sour Cream. I asked for this multiple times at this location and once and a while i get the order without the Sour Cream, as intended; But Most times i receive the order With Sour Cream. Sour cream causes me to get sick for a couple days after i consume it (some kind of mild to bad allergic reaction), so for that reason i hardly order food at this location because, the food preparer's here do not pay attention to the orders as they are written on the screen (because they are rushing or something), or don't care. How food is requested is very important, for food safety and people health. Other locations i have ordered at do not get the order wrong as much as this location does. Ridiculous. Also, they make flimsy food here. The chicken burrito supreme is mostly filled with beans and lettuce. And it be very small to hold. Other locations i have been to make me a big burrito, not something with hardly any food inside. Most everything i have ordered here is made flimsy and cheap. Another order i made was suppose to be chicken and cheese inside the tortilla bread, and instead it was mushed beans and some white cheese sauce. I ate half and threw it in the garbage. Prepared wrong! No care given at all to how food is prepared here. And saucy finger prints be on my food wrappers or the bag. That looks nasty and repulsive. Read moreThis location constantly hands out orders with missing and incorrect items. Not only is it wrong when ordering through UberEats, but also when ordered in person. It wasn’t the fault of the employee who took my order it was the kitchen. I know because the receipt is accurate. ACCURACY OF ORDERS MATTERS!!! As a previous manager of a restaurant, this would be embarrassing to me to have complaints consistently about food orders being wrong. It is a beg inconvenience and waste of time for customers to have to come back and tell you that an item was missing. And sometimes it’s not possible for customers to come back and correct things. It seems like purposeful negligence on the part of the staff preparing the orders. Read moreAfter being brainwashed from seeing all those $5 Taco Bell snack box commercials when I was down South and hearing that there was a new location in Brooklyn. I had to check it out. The location is new and everything is clean and well situated. Unfortunately, they did not have the special, it was over $6, and change, for a limited time. But my curiosity got the best of me, so I bought a Steak nacho box and a Chicken nacho box. It was a lot of food, so that was good, couldn't eat a box in one sitting. Neither of us could. It comes w a medium drink that can be filled up at a side drink station. Trying to cut down on soda, I opted for a sweet tea and there was no sugar in it and it tasted like dirt, somehow someone mixed up the drinks because u had the option for either in the same canteen.
