Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

Seem like this dunkin donut only interest in just making money .... The Customer doesnt matter.... This is the second time i order fom them and got the wrong order and they refused give a refund... This morning i send my son to buy breakfast ...iced latte , he asked them if they have almond milk and was told yes ... Now i am a vegan so i dont used any dairy product and that was the only reason i decided to get the latte because they had almond milk .... My son came back and from just one sip i could tell it wasnt almond milk but regular milk ...... My poor stomach is upset not .. Not to mention that i am pregnant, this isnt good for me or my baby ....The staff need to stop looking to make a profit and really take the customer request seriously , this could of been...

This is the second time I ordered my coffee with OAT milk bc I’m deathly allergic to regular creams and milk and they gave me cream. Also I ordered LESS ICE and the workers filled it up to the brim with ice. I took all the ice out to see how much coffee was there LESS THAN HALF MY MEDIUM CUP had coffee. Yah think service workers should be paid more and the idiots here can’t even...

I came Last monday like evening time . when i feel tired ness, then i take a coffee☕. I swear i never forgetting him coffee testi.

I don't know her name. But she was working alone then. But she is look like baby👰👰👰..

If i lived here I would buy a coffee☕ from him every day.Unfortunately I can't stay here😔.
