Don't sleep on this place! I finally had the pleasure of attending this establishment and was pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere is outstanding and aesthetically pleasing. Extremely fast, and friendly service. The bar was well stocked, the drinks were amazing and reasonably priced and all the bartenders were wonderful. The vibe was super chill and the music was spectacular. I can't rave enough about how phenomenal the sound system was! The perfect volume to enjoy the music and feel like you're at a club, but not overly loud, so you could still have a conversation without having to yell. In my experience, this perfect utopian balance has always seemed difficult to achieve, but The Alibi has mastered the formula. Utterly Genius! I didn't eat here cause I arrived super late, but I'll be back to partake of the amazing variety of food. This spot was super clean, parking was a breeze, and I thoroughly enjoyed my time here from start to finish. If you haven't been here yet, trust me and give it a shot. I'll be back! Update: I've been back to this establishment numerous times since my original post. As promised, I had to update re: the food. The food is absolutely delicious, with a variety of dishes that are impeccably made-to-order, with fresh ingredients that certainly don't disappoint. The food is well-seasoned, plated beautifully and reasonably priced, while boasting made-from-scratch cuisines. The appetizers perfectly compliment the always stellar drinks on the menu. And I'd be remiss if I didn't shout out ALL the incomparable bartenders. They are ALL truly phenomenal, especially the infamous Phelix and the beautiful Michelle, who I've had the pleasure of being waited on several times during my visits. This place used to be good when it first opened up. Checked it out with a friend last night after seeing it had a new sign saying “Under New Management.” Not a single customer was there. It was a ghost town. We sat down and were greeted after about two minutes in by the bartender because he was too busy talking to the owner of the place. I recognized the owner and she was piss drunk with drool running down her mouth. From around the kitchen comes another guy demanding our IDs. I show the bartender but he insists that they have to scan you in with a machine. He took our IDs and was fiddling with them for two minutes. That’s when I started to get uncomfortable. While he’s ‘scanning us in’ the owner walks up and down the bar, opens the front door to let wind in and then starts hovering around our chairs and touching them while she was still drooling. The generic music they were playing was blasting at max volume and we couldn’t even hear our own thoughts. Keep in mind that the place was empty and it was just us. At that moment I told my friend as soon as we get our IDs back we’re dipping out because of how uncomfortable it was to be there.
