The man who works full-time is very rude and even unprofessional. He makes judgements about everyone who comes in to do laundry and targets certain people, commanding them to use certain machines only. This is what I noticed in the past. Today he told me "not to shake my clothes out" before I put them inside the washer. When I asked him why, he said "maybe there's bugs in your clothes." I became so upset that he accused me of that. I told him to check and see where he could find bugs. But he didn't come near. The real reason I shook my mother's pants were because I saw some sand grains (from the beach) stuck on the bottom. He then started accusing me of coming into the laundromat with a "fat woman" (his words, not mine) all the time. I looked at him in disbelief and said "What are you talking about? I come here almost every month, either by myself or my brother. I never come here with anyone else. What are you trying to accuse me of now?" (Even if I came in with an overweight woman, where's the issue in that?) He turned away and I didn't press the matter because I didn't want the situation to escalate. After I put all my clothes in the washer, I left and took a good walk to cool down because he really offended me. (Usually I stand or sit and wait inside the laundromat the entire time.) If I could give 0 stars I would. 1 star is way too generous. Do not come here unless you like to be berated and watched while you’re doing laundry. The owners here are extremely rude. They want to tell you how to do your laundry because they know their dated machines can’t handle much. They had already told me to use multiple machines because they said one would not dry all my clothes but then told me how to divide my laundry. I’m sorry but I am not a child, there is no instance where I should be getting yelled at for how I do my laundry. The lady didn’t like how much my partner put in the machine and she told her partner to turn the machine off after he already paid for the load. I understand that this may be the closest laundromat but SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE and go elsewhere. This place clearly doesn’t...

The older man is extremely rude and disrespectful. He approaches people in a very aggressive and demanding manner. We came to this place to do our laundry, but we were so hungry that we decided to check out the restaurant next door. Our plan was to place an order first so that we could eat while our clothes were washing. However, we ended up just dining at the restaurant and decided not to do our laundry there at all.

This place needs to be shut down. One day, this man is going to clash with someone just as confrontational as he is, and it probably won’t end well. He is...
