Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

Place is clean and service is okay. Not like there’s much communication happening. But the biggest factor that is making me give them a 1 star is their food. Out of 6 of the same drink I’ll order—all on different days— maybe 1 will be good. Absolutely disgusting food. Their donuts are stale or leave a weird taste on your tongue. Every time I order a ice caramel latte it always, without fail, manages to taste like cold water or milk. The drink I ordered today was no exception—absolutely disgusting. I’m so angry because it’s always a gamble because their drinks are always repulsive. I asked for a caramel ice latte with less ice, almond milk and whip cream. The drink I received was a watered down, tasteless, caramel-less, sugar less watered drink. I’m trying really hard to not swear but their food and drinks are repulsive, disgusting and if you want to waste your money than this is the place to go. Train your baristas to make proper drinks before you hire anyone that walk...

This store was super dirty and the man was racist, he had straight hate on his face when taking my order. He never said hi or can I help u. Nothing but I'm waiting on you is what he told me smh .... omg he was Staring at a group of young 14-year-olds on a table. They were black as well as me and I'm not sure if they were there too long but he had an issue with them and so much so he didn't even take my order correctly. And then tip him and he said nothing. Not even thank you. This store is classless. A lady came out of nowhere and tried to fix my order. Because he gave me the wrong order. I needed ice cream a certain type because i'm lactose intolerant. Anyway, on top of that, this item usually costs me. 5 bucks here cost me 760. And they gave me nothing but bad energy I. its not the same anymore it feels very uninviting when it comes to it i mean everytime i go there i see like 6 homeless people and they are either standing on either side of the doors begging for money or just staring at you and its really creepy and uncomfortable it has bothered me a bit almost every time i am there as me (female) feels like its just not safe at certain times of the day which is why your best bet is probably to order online its less of a interaction and just easier to grab and go otherwise staff is alright as your at the luck of the draw when it comes to ordering so its better if you just stick to the app so yeah this dunkin isn't all that great and with the trash being all right in front not only does it make it look uninviting it also makes it...
