Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

I have been coming to this dunkin for about 7 years and it has always been my go to. Lately the quality of their coffee and food has been horrible. My coffee always tastes burnt or it is just not made well. I use the dunkin app to order on the go and I am constantly missing food. Their staff has always been friendly but there is this one young lady who always seems bothered if you ask for something after your order is made. You get the eye rolls and everything. I feel like it's a complete waste of money whenever I order from here. This dunkin is right up the block from me but I would rather go to the gun hill location just to get a decent cup...

This is the closest dunking to my house and it's a shame. I'd rather get in my car and drive to another one. They never make drinks correctly. You tell them no sugar and they put extra sugar. It's a communication issue. Their lattes and cappuccinos that require shots of espresso always taste off. Either they aren't using enough beans, using old beans or reusing beans. Someone from Corp needs to come train the staff at this place on how to make their signature drinks. No way I'll pay another $5 to have a warm...
